With regards to the mining, aren't you able to go in any direction you want, as far as you want? Couldn't you make your own tunnels to cut corners or make defensive positions that way? Or maybe digging deeper into the walls and ground nets more minerals too? Would let you guys stay supplied more, and might be necessary for harder levels.

I can't help but feel this game would be better if it didn't have the cartoony art style every multiplayer game seems to have these days. I just think it would be a better experience if the graphics more "realistic", it would make the game scarier and more tense.
