    This 25 Minute Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation is a Meditation guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided yoga nidra is a voice-only track for ease of hearing. There is no music to interfere with the sound of the gentle female voice. This type of meditation also aids in deep relaxation, non-sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
    Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.
    This is a 25 Minute guided deep relaxation meditation. In this yoga Nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 25-minute yoga Nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system.     Thank you so much for these videos. My uncle passed away from cancer last week so I’ve felt very stressed and dissociated. This really helped me to come back to my body and be present. You have such a beautiful soul ❤️ all love to you

    You literally are saving me with these. I’m on the autism spectrum and have severe PTSD, depression and anxiety, these help me reset when I start spiralling. I’m so thankful for these as it’s been making my life easier. I’m currently on a girls trip (they know my issues) and when I started feeling over stimulated, stressed and overwhelmed, I went to my room and listened to you. My friends see the difference when I come out. It feels so nice to have a life and socialise without worrying about having a meltdown or a PTSD trigger knowing I can get out of it. Seriously, thank you ❤️

    Namaste, Ally. My 10 year-old daughter has been feeling anxious lately, so she's been joining me during my bedtime yoga nidra practice. She's shared that it's helped her feel calm. Additionally, one of the sankalpas you offered here was powerful; I woke up this morning with a noticeably deep sense of peace within me.     Thank you Ally! I’m in YNTT module 1. I was feeling agitated today and this practice helped me release and go deep. I love the language of “the thought of where your body ends” and “the perceived density of the body”. I have known intellectually that this is illusion for years but yoga nidra is the first practice that has consistently helped me feel this. Namaste.

      This was amazing Ally. I'm finding that I can stay with your voice a lot longer now (after a few months of practicing with you) and don't fall asleep as quickly. And I love the post-nidra "nap". 🙏🤍

    I am trying meditation to see if it helps with chronic fatigue, however at the moment I am unable to listen for more than 15 minutes before before I end up falling asleep and having a nap. Will I still be getting some benefits?

      Yes, you will still benefit from practicing even if you fall asleep. Try to stay awake for longer and longer with each successive session.

    Namaste. Getting comfortable and practicing effortlessly is only partially available to me. Whenever there are things mentioned that are not available to me such as getting comfortable and resting deeply there arises a frustration that I work with by going into the body. The accumulative benifits of the rotation of consciousness are slowly seeping into my system and making the practice more efforless.
