@@natachaoceane thank you for being so inspiring Natacha and to so so many people, you’re honestly incredible 💪🏻💚✨ . . . and I can confirm this video was literally the bestttt (laughing and smiling in bed to myself, it was a great way to end my day) 🙈😉
Anytime I feel like I'm lacking motivation or slipping out of my exercise routine, which has been a lot lately, I come to Natasha's videos to get me back on track. Natasha you are hands down my favourite TH-camr, these videos always remind me that I CAN get back on track and I need to treat my body well. Will be restarting your Cut program today :)
The wrap up at the end was so spot on! I know I used to personally get so discouraged when I didn't see results from a training program after 2 weeks but I know now that's just not realistic. The most important thing is just showing up day after day. Setbacks will always happen but watching you not only show up but also kill it even when you don't feel like doing something is so inspiring! I'm finally getting back into the gym after a complete 2 year stop (mainly due to covid among other things) and I'm dreading my first workout. This video really helped me get my mind right before I begin again. Thank you for making these videos and inspiring so many others to reach their own fitness goals.
You're telling me people do this for months on end??? That's insane!! I'm so fascinated by and proud of anyone who has done anything like this- that shit takes guts!!
Her volume of training was pretty high. I also suppose this was one of her biggest week and that she gradually built towards this. For reference, some of the best pros train around 27 hours per week, so she was definitely in the high end of the spectrum. I am myself a triathlete and plan to complete an ironman with 10-20 hours per week of training.
It’s insane how watching even a few seconds of one of ur vids changed my whole mood :’) ur personality is the b e s t ur so cute and positive and lovable
Girl you are so inspiring! No one has impressed me more by how capable, accomplished, smart and educated you are. Love from Canada can’t wait to hear about what you’ve been working on❤️❤️
I’ve been watching you for years. You have consistently been one of the realest people in the “influencer” world. You are so inspiring and motivate me to work harder towards my goals. Thank you queen.
The toughest challenge I've ever done was running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, but your 7 day iron man workout was a next level! I really rate you for it! You are a true inspiration Natacha! Let's go champ! 💯🥇🏆💪🏿❤️🔥
Currently doing a 100 mile run challenge for the month of September, and GIRL you make me actually excited to get out and get moving! You're the most positive, motivating voice on YT in my opinion. Thank you for everything you do for your viewers!
I thought my cycling training was pretty intense until my girlfriend started training for her first Ironman. I felt like such a wuss after seeing what she did! Being at an Ironman finish line is an amazingly powerful feeling. You are incredible Natacha!
I could cry to see your smiling face again. Natache you are such a beacon of light and strength. Nobody gets me smiling, laughing, but fired up to push myself like you do!!! Bless you and Mario.
The sheer amount of determination and willpower required to achieve something as massive as this, from the training to the actual IronMan, wow, Natacha is my hero 😂💙
I’ve spent the umpteenth lockdown in my city getting fit, and I’ve finally found the right balances of good diet and motivations to do it. Just want to say I’ve started including your workouts and I feel so accomplished because I can actually do them! I felt so challenged and sweaty and I can’t wait to work out with you again 🥰 I’ve seen my parents do Iron Man, they’re absolute beasts and I never understood why they love exercise so much. That was until I started dealing with chronic migraines, and regular back pain and neck pain. Exercise helps relieve that pain, and my physio is my new best friend for relieving any physical tensions. Now I completely understand why they love it, and I’m excited every day to challenge myself.
I have been in a slump trying to recover from long covid but this just motivated me to (slowly) start training for my local marathon next year. So so happy to see you!
So excited for this video. I have been doing triathlon since I was 15 years (so 7 years) by now and it's such a niche sport (obviously Ironman is at least 10 categories higher :D), therefore I love the platform, that you're giving it. Great, that you're back! Much love from Germany
Recovering from a herniated disc in my lower back, and seeing this video is so inspiring, and gives me so much hope! I know you had a back injury and it's so amazing to see how the body heals! Thank you for this!
I did my first triathlon (the olympic/short distance: 1,5 km/40km/10km) this August 2022, great thing, wonderful experience & great fun! Last year I took part in a relay - the swimming part - and I simply wanted more... So I did and started training several months before the start. The worst was the running, but I didnt give up and now watching this video I honestly wish I could more! It s very encouraging and I really respect and admire the self-discipline all sports people, including this girl, need to engage on every day basis!
I’m just scrolling through the comments now and I see Natasha responding to soooo many comments and that’s absolutely pure of her!! She’s a really down to earth person and that’s why I’ve been following her since idk like 2017 ❤️🔥And now iron man is on my bucket list of things to do 🔥
You are an inspiration, truly. It's not just your athleticism, but your commitment, your attitude, your authenticity. I love how grounded and genuine you are and it is a sad truth that the fitness-influencer industry is OverSaturated with fakes, egos, and bogus claims, but you always keep it real. I just admire you and your channel so, so much. Much love to you and Mario from NYC!
Me after watching you do the most brutal workout I've seen, at 29:16 when you finally said "You guys we did it": *breathes a sigh of relief and exhaustion like I haven't been lying on my couch the whole time* 😭
I believe in you 1000% my girl. I know the journey is long and difficult and feels like there's a lot of uphill through a lot of it, but you can go all the way 🤍♥️
That was really unbelievable Natacha, just the thought of training so hard is making me dizzy. I can't express enough how miuch of an ispiration you are for everyone here. Keep going strong ;)
It seems there’s always something to throw me off track. A disruption like a hurricane, relationship troubles, or an injury. And the ever-present conundrum is “how to get back on track?” Well, your videos are the answer for me. Your enthusiasm is absolutely contagious. I watch you setting goals for yourself with such excitement that I feel compelled to join you. You really inspire me all the time to forget my insecurities and go do the thing because I want to and not so I can meet anyone else’s expectations. Thank you for all you do and who you are.
The timing of this video couldn’t be any better. I’m doing my first half Ironman in Marbella on Sunday ! One year of training in the making. Thanks for the inspiration Natasha, relatable and honest as always x
I just wanted to personally thank you as I recently followed your advice in 2021 after metabolism damage and just not in very good place with food. I increased my calories gradually and incorporated that in my strength training. I want to thank you for helping me realize my potential of what I can be. You are an inspiration and your video about fat loss and increasing your metabolism as well as your struggles with food. i was truly lost but following your tips has transformed my body, training, and helped me improve my studies. I can say for a fact I will never go back to eating less than 2000 calories ever. You are amazing Natacha don’t forget it
I really love how Natacha is always up to challenging herself. Like that takes so much commitment and discipline and it’s just incredible and unbelievable. Love her so much!!!!
I think back to when I was trying to train for a marathon, and I honestly don't think I would have gotten so far without watching your content. You are so motivating. I'm re-starting my fitness journey, now, and I honestly don't know what I want
The editing in the video was so good, but the attention to detail on minute 1:10 where we transition from seeing her swimming from up top to seeing her underwater, and the song is muffed as well... it's just chef's kiss.
I've missed your videos so I was probably always going to be excited by your return but this exceeded all expectations. I love how much you (and Mario) put into your content and production. And your encouragement to go after some goals was exactly what I needed right now too. Thank you 🤍
Just wanted to say i struggled a lot with my relationship to food and exercise and a couple years ago you were the reason i started seeing my body in a different way, why i started working towards strength not just physique. I have had a hard time these past few months due to some long covid symptoms but this video reminded me to see the strength in myself not the weakness. Thank you thank you! Also it would be a dream to do an ironman one day:)
I hope you see this! Seeing you back literally took me out of the bad mood I've been in for the last 3-4 months. You are the main reason I started in the gym and are the reason I love fitness soooo much. I strained my hamstring a couple days ago and have been feeling so discouraged, but this video gave me the boost I needed to be okay with rehab and upper body work for the next few weeks. I LOVE your spirit and positivity. It is infectious! My answer to the popular question "if you could have lunch with anyone living or dead, who would it be?" is always NATACHA OCEANE!

@@natachaoceane thank you for being so inspiring Natacha and to so so many people, you’re honestly incredible 💪🏻💚✨ . . . and I can confirm this video was literally the bestttt (laughing and smiling in bed to myself, it was a great way to end my day) 🙈😉
@@HollyGabrielle are you gonna do this holly?!
@Lili Applauds isn't she! Have you Ran a marathon before?
@Lili Applauds oh that's a very impressive time for 10km! Are you working up to it?
When she started running around in circles because she only had 30 seconds left😂 good job Natacha! I love you! Glad to have you back
😭😭😭😭trying to be as accurate as possible 😭
Haha thought that was cute and funny too!
6 and a half hours of cycling! This is a full time job. I can’t even imagine being this level of fit! You motivate me so much Natacha!! 💓💓
I’m 23 and I just completed a half marathon today, compared to that I can imagine how intense her routine is. Mad respect to you Natacha ❤️
I don’t think it’s necessary to do 3 training sessions a day especially if you’re working full time you’re not going to be able to fit it all in.
So much respect for you and how you smile through it all!
ahh thank you Fiorella!! That's the secret!! All my love xx
@@jammingboss good luck!! You have incredible determination (:
I think 15-20hrs for many years is enough to reach a high level
i paused the video so that natacha can rest
It’s insane how watching even a few seconds of one of ur vids changed my whole mood :’) ur personality is the b e s t ur so cute and positive and lovable
Girl you are so inspiring! No one has impressed me more by how capable, accomplished, smart and educated you are. Love from Canada can’t wait to hear about what you’ve been working on❤️❤️
Natacha has such positive energy, i cant help but giggle along with her. SHE'S SUCH A MOOD BOOST :)
"you look so aerodynamic" underrated compliment lmao
hahahah he knows how to make me blush 😂
Yes!! Can’t wait to watch this. You’re the best ❤️❤️
You know I'm watching too! I've missed Natasha's videos soooooo much!
@@kelseywoods3 yes!!
I felt so challenged and sweaty and I can’t wait to work out with you again 🥰
I’ve seen my parents do Iron Man, they’re absolute beasts and I never understood why they love exercise so much.
Hey! Kannst du vielleicht ein paar Tipps geben, wie ma mit dem Triathlon-Training starten kann bzw. da reinkommt?☺️
I couldn’t stop smiling throughout this whole video!! Your positivity and strength is so inspirational. I love you guys, so glad you’re back!
I’m just scrolling through the comments now and I see Natasha responding to soooo many comments and that’s absolutely pure of her!! She’s a really down to earth person and that’s why I’ve been following her since idk like 2017 ❤️🔥And now iron man is on my bucket list of things to do 🔥
Natacha is so so inspiring. A ball of encouragement. She’s good at everything. 💜💜💜
Me after watching you do the most brutal workout I've seen, at 29:16 when you finally said "You guys we did it": *breathes a sigh of relief and exhaustion like I haven't been lying on my couch the whole time* 😭
Man I’ve missed your videos 😭
Your videos motivated me to commit to my eating disorder recovery a year ago🥺💜
I believe in you 1000% my girl. I know the journey is long and difficult and feels like there's a lot of uphill through a lot of it, but you can go all the way 🤍♥️
The editing!!!! So good :) glad that you’re back. We missed our strongest fitness-TH-camr ♥️🔥
thank you so much Jojo 🙏 sending you so much love!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Thanks for the inspiration Natasha, relatable and honest as always x
good luck 🍀 i’m sure you’ll smash it 🏊♂️ 🚴 🏃
I just wanted to personally thank you as I recently followed your advice in 2021 after metabolism damage and just not in very good place with food.
Also it would be a dream to do an ironman one day:)
cant wait to watch this!! welcome back natacha! so happy to see you back on youtube, we’ve missed ya for sure ❤️
Celine 🥺 you're amazing, thank you so much. I'm real real happy to be making videos again and hope you love this one!
Literally, just a couple days ago i thought "wonder what Natacha is up to" and here you are. Welcome back 🤩
hey hey 🙋♀️🙋♀️ thank you for thinking of me, I hope you've been doing so well and staying happy happy and healthy!!
This is a solid piece of cinematography and of human tenacity. Thanks for showing us plebs what is even possible with a well built body !
every time I am going through that one of many hard spots of my workout, I just remember all of the amazing challenges you have accomplished and that just gives me the power 💪🏻 thank you so much for another one for me to remember
I have NEVER clicked so fast! I missed you sooooo much Natacha 🤩 glad you’re back! And with a banger 🥰
misssssed you, thank you for the incredible support! All my love Charly ♥️
So glad you're back and healthy :,) We've missed you around here
I've missed being here!! Thank you for being so patient and sticking around 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I've been watching this video almost everyday while training for my first triathlon. Something about the variety of workouts she does, and how it's filmed in such a gorgeous setting. I want to train in London for a week :) although maybe not this intense
I’d love to to hear about how you structured your gym days during the Ironman! I always struggle to understand how to cross train when I’m doing other training
Can we just acknowledge how good Mario’s camera skills are!! Also the editing is amazing!
You killed it. Great job! You’re an inspiration 🤍🤍
AT LAST! Been waiting for another video! I’ve said this before, but Natacha, you are a true inspiration… I began documenting my ED recovery journey on my own channel a few months ago after following your account for a while. You send such great positive messages into the world and I am sure you are helping so many others like me. Keep being awesome and love always ❤️👍
I've missed your videos SO much. I've said it many times but you are my biggest fitness inspiration and helped get rid of my toxic mindset toward training and food. WELCOME BACK
that's super sweet of you Elsa thank you 🙏 I hope you're so proud of yourself, it takes a lot of work to change your mindset but you did it!! All my love xxx
Truly, Natacha's grit is unmatched. These types of videos paired with the impeccable, artistic editing is remarkable. This channel deserves so many more subscribers!!!!
Your videos are so inspiring- I’ve qualified and run multiple high-profile marathons, and on my long training runs, I’ll often play one of your videos in the background. The way you encourage and push yourself through each struggle is a fantastic example of positive self-talk. Thanks for sharing!
I’m so happy you’re back!! I’m going through a very decisive moment for my future/career and you are such a positive influence, I always feel motivated and energized after watching your videos! ❤️
I missed your energy and inspiration so much 🥰 since the beginning you were there for me and for so many more people! I hope you guys are doing great
ahh thank you so much Júlia ♥️♥️♥️ that's so kind of you to say 🙏 we're both doing great (: I hope you're doing really well too!! All my love always xxxx
We missed you so much Natacha!! You are a beast. I was in awe of your sheer determination and perseverance throughout this video. You are an inspiration
You two are such a power couple! You are motivating me so much to work towards training for actual triathlons/Ironman. What fitness watch do you use, Natacha? Have you ever tried Coros?
Eee girl you are AH MA ZI NG!!! Watching you makes me feel like I can get through anything. Been training for my first half marathon and remembering your video where you just casually smash out 50km without training goes through my mind every time I want to quit. Thank you for your energy and sharing your stories and passion with us
I am currently writing my master's thesis and this inspired me to keep going today, so thank you :D
You are a true athlete! So amazing what your body can do. Such an inspiration!!
So glad you’re back! Can’t wait for more of your content ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much 🙏 I'm super excited to keep posting as well!! All my love always ♥️♥️♥️
So good to see you again Natacha! You always give the purest of energies 🥰 cheers from Budapest
thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏 sending you lots of love to Budapest!! ♥️♥️♥️
You are the biggest inspiration to me ever. This video was amazing to be able to see you train and your sheer determination and will in pushing yourself through everything. Actually soooo inspired.
How wonderful to share all these moments with us! These challenges in the form of hard and continuous training, a routine of effort and love, discipline are truly inspiring. I wish you all the luck in the world. Thank you for sharing this experience.
I literally screamed of happiness when I saw that you posted a new video!!! I missed you SOOO much . From all you videos, I learned to love myself and to enjoy my life more so I don't have enough words to thank you!!! You are such an amazing and special person. Hope you and Mario are having a beautiful day so far.💙
Needed to hear the sentiment "to give it enough time". It is hard working towards massive goals, and making massive lifestyle changes. Give self more time. 💜💜
You're back! And with a science video nonetheless! I'm so so happy, we all missed you so much :)
Just have to find a way to excuse myself at work for these 30 minutes...
This is a science video?
This video makes me realize how much I have missed your content, girl!! So so happy to see you uploading and doing well!!
Your perseverance and resilience are so inspiring. I WISH. Maybe one day I can complete such great feats and push myself to these limits/ my own goals. Thank you for your inspiration. I watched this video while at the gym on the elliptical where I planned to do 30 minutes and then ended up doing 1 hour!! ( and I was bloated pfft) love you and glad you are back.
Natacha, I've missed your videos so much! I've got my popcorn ready and I'm prepared to absorb all the motivation you're about to instill in me!
You’re amazing. I kept thinking ‘this is it, finally the last workout’. And then you showed up for your next workout 😁
haha you pretty much summed up how I felt all week!! 😭😭😭😭😭
So glad to see this video! Crazy training regimen. Do you have any injury prevention strategies when you're training for endurance events?
Your videos have literally saved my life. Whenever I am down I just go to one of your videos and makes me happy again. I´ve been going thorugh some really tough things lately and you always makes me feel better. So thank you
I would love that core workout as a separate video! And also a week full of workouts and your weight session! Loved it x
