My two cents: I noticed a lot of femme same sex relationships are tumultuous and I suspect many times it's due to the dynamic we witnessed play out between Stephanie and Erika: Many femme women simply have entitled diva/princess attitudes (though typically not to the degree of Stephanie). This type of behavior is in many ways condoned by society because it can be framed as female empowerment. In addition, many men are conditioned to tolerate it because: a) They can be labeled insensitive for not indulging it, or B) They can be accused of being chauvinism for calling a woman out on entitled behavior. However, when these types of women enter relationships with other women it more often leads to conflict because A)women aren't conditioned to tolerate that specific type of BS like men are, and B)It may trigger memories of past catty interactions with toxic girls. Meanwhile, if both women in the relationships have diva attitudes that's when you'll really see things explode into a toxic mess. Fortunately Erika was mature and healthy enough to step away when she saw the red flags. As for Stephanie she seems like she'd be happiest as someone's spoiled trophy wife.

Yep. It’s why I haven’t dated in several years, I had to figure my own issues out before bringing someone else in and hurting them. Steph should just stay single until she figures out herself and works through her own issues.

Talk about a one ended convo... my boyfriend was grown up enough to tell me that is was okay and listening to me trying to explain through my tears. Steph exploded over something that is irrelevant. She doesn't need to know her ex's name age or whatever. That doesn't matter.... all she needs to know is what happened to her and how it's affected her gf and how they can work through it
