Come to lake Powell you can catch as many striped bass as you want. buy a fishing license and go fishing. I used to live in California and now I moved out of California to Utah. There is no size limit 👍
Great video , you are Striper master , is this Drone spoon you are using? all the Drone spoons i have seen has a one single hook but yours has a treble hook , did you modify it ?
Thanks but im no striper master lol. I sell these flutter spoons if your interested. They come ready to use out of the box with swivel and sticky, sharp treble hook with tinsel flash tied on
I tried a flutter spoon casting from shore and it didn't want to sink. It kept coming up to the surface. Any suggestions on what I need to do differently?
Are you fishing a lake or somewhere where there's fast current? It shouldn't rise up to the surface unless your reeling it less then a feet underneath the surface or your fishing a light flutter spoon. Just let it sink to the bottom and yo-yo it.
@@tasmoua It's 1 1/8 oz. I'm casting from shore at Alameda in the SF Bay; there's very little current. Some times it stays down for a few cranks than it surfaces. It acts like it's too light. Maybe I need to add a few split shot to keep the tip/front/head pointed down? It's got great action when under!!
You’s the only one I always see using a spoon for every species. Lol. Nice.
Good thing about your channel is we get to see how you fish in our local waters and try your tactics. Deer season is done so now on to fishing.
Thanks for watching and Good luck out there!
Got the "disabled placard" hanging!!! Cool!
Wow. I miss that spot
Ill be out tomorrow night love fishing these spots
Great catch, in nyc to keep is 28"
Not I really need to get a spoon...lol...still haven't own one yet...seem really fun...thanks bro for another great video
Going out in a couple weeks, going for the big 40 pounders though. Great video
Fishing for striper is favorite. I don’t know where to go fishing for striper anymore
O'Neil Forebay or aqueduct
Nice, that is the hot spot
Thanks. I guess so. We haven't been chasing stripers so we just got lucky and stopped at the spot and they were there
Your hat is badass 😅
I need one of those
I always use Bucktail or Salty dog for striper

Ya can keep schoolie? We can’t keep anything under 28 inch
Yes as long as its 18"+ you can keep 2 a day. Some lakes where they don't want stripers its 10 fish limit. No size.
Where I'm from it has to be 36 inches to be a keeper.
Were is this please at
O'Neil Forebay
I though we can’t fish in that spot? Cause we got kick out be for from that spot from the park Ranger?
I have no idea. I've only been to that spot once maybe 10years ago. There wasn't any sign that said no fishing and warden didn't tell us anything.
How was the flow?
How do I get here?!!

What reel is you using?
Og Daiwa Zillion
My brother. Please teach me what you know. I’ll pay you in food and your drink or choice! Let’s get on some fish!
Brother you should wait 2 more seconds before setting the hooks
