- I travelled to Tbilisi with no idea what to expect. In this video I discovered the old town, the food, the wine, the views and decided whether it's worth a visit or not.

Imho. I think the number one fact about Georgia is that you may find all sorts of landscapes ( except tropics) in this country wich is not bigger than Scotland or Belgium. This is marvelous. Plus the cuisine is truly a state of art. Its delicious and healthy. End the place itself is rather save for tourists.
Yes I have to say travelling around we say vastly different landscapes that were fabulous.. and the food is delish!
There are subtropics though. In the west.
Abkhazia is the subtropics and its occupied by russia
Georgia is much bigger than Belgium! Little smaller than Scotland.
I am very happy to see tourists like you
Nice video, with a personal touch. I'll be sharing this video with my sister and brother-in-law. And incidentally, I'll be moving to Georgia soon.
Oh wow that’s exciting for you! I am hearing more and more stories of people heading there.. Hope the move goes really well!
@@carriepatsalis thanks. I hear many are going back to their country, you know who I'm talking about. Between Tbilisi and Batumi, seems like two good choices. Batumi general prices and real estate prices seem better. Bith cities are good for digital nomads, I think.
I think it worth it too! Baku and Tbilisi must visit cities. And now you visited both of them!
Yerevan not Baku
Thanks DEAR CARRIE for great sharing.. ENJOY UR TODAY
Thank you! You too!
Best way to go up to Narikala fortress is to walk up the little old Tbilisi streets, it’s very beautiful
I bet it’s beautiful! Just not in the heat of August 😁
Carrie Georgia look like beautiful old building country not so many TH-camr explore georgia you doing very good work to show that country from gazipur bangladesh

My father and my uncle are authors of the most famous statue in Georgia. You can see it in this video in front of the bright yellow government building.(Grey cube shaped object) This statue is called "statue of 9 April".9 April is a very important revolutionary day for our Georgia. Many heroes died on that day for our freedom.
That’s awesome to read! You must be proud of your family 🥰
@@carriepatsalis thank you! Am so sad that my country lost its old beauty, but I am so glad that tourists still are interested to see it.
Yes ,,, Carrey luv u so much ...from Bangladesh
🥰👋❤️
Never been there yet but in my bucket list ❤ one question I saw there’s a cable car & a funicular in other random videos, any idea where does it take?
It’s a lovely city.. the cable car goes up to an old fortress ruin narikala.. beautiful views of the city so well worth a ride up.. it’s fun! I don’t see nor take a funicular but I suspect it would be for a similar reason.. the views there are ace!
Cool/////////////
😍
👋👋👋
I am thinking to plan to visit there but i was wondering the weather and temperature. Was the weather look like that 13 days ago ?
Hi there.. the weather changes dramatically with the seasons.. so I would suggest googling the month you plan to go in.. I was there in August and it was very very hot.. but winter will be very different
May-June ( might be a bit rainy tho) or September are the best months to visit, if your goal is sightseeing in Tbilisi. Sep is also a great time for vineyard and winery tours in Kakheti region
Which month is this that you visited? Really nice weather
So that was August.. it was pretty boiling.. I would say the shoulder months would be lovely ☺️
July/August in Tbilisi is sometimes 40+ degrees C and it's one of the hottest places in Georgia. The best time to visit is probably just before or after. I suggest September/October if you're a wine lover (harvest season).
Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩❤️
😍
Georgia is a best ❤❤
🥰
@@carriepatsalis a love you videos
I guess that’s a Tyemali sauce not a pomegranate❤
once more an amazing vlog. The way your son reacted to the spinach meal is so relatable, personally i absolutely hate that dish.
Top three in the personal worst ones. Glad you enjoyed your stay here (with the wine of course) and i know i sure enjoyed your videos.
Thanks so much! I had to include that slice of reality with my son! Made me laugh so much! 😆
Probably because you ate nothing in life bus stupid burgers
🇬🇪 is something great. Great land, soil
❤
If you need help I’m there for you. I’m Georgian 🇬🇪
I know me in staying in Trinidad 🇹🇹 for 2024 I would open a new auto mechanic 👨🔧 garage and make $ in 🇬🇧 in Trinidad 🇹🇹 I would make $ 1000 TT for my computer repairs and past my exam for my computer repairs
Very Hogwarts
Truth right there!
@@carriepatsalis where off to next Carrie?
@@wolverinescratchdebating that right now… however you’ll see Pakistan back here soon as I am re editing a lot of my old videos
I have been more than 15 countries and more than 50 cities including London, Paris, Rome, Berlin(where I live) and Switzerland etc. they all are welcoming and so nice. But for only the Tbilisi Georgia immigration was the only rude, disrespect and stupid people I encountered. and I don't understand for what they are so rude about.

Waska, Georgians don’t like occupants
Very overpriced
