Two things that I wanted to pin here so that folks are aware about corrections: (Thanks to the folks who are helping the community learn this machine better by adding educational comments) 1. Vincent: Quantities shown in the fuel flow have to be multiplied by 10x, which means in the example the fuel flow is 390kg/hour and fuel used is 70kg. 2. MD80ifly: One thing often misunderstood is the DC fuel pump. The DC pump is only used if the AC power is not available. If there are AC power on the plane (generator or ground power), one of the right main fuel pumps are used to feed the APU also under the APU startup.

Hello ved! I am from India too! Thanks so much for the videos! One question: is it worth it for the price? I know it's really mind blowing but still want your opinion
Hey man, I definitely think it is worth the price. But then I would say it depends on how much you want to spend on airliners on this sim and how many do you want. There are going to be three top ones pmdg, leonardo and fenix. If you have cash, all three of them are worth every penny, but if you're going conservative you'll have to choose which one to pass based on what you usually fly. If you just ask me about the maddog x, I would say it is absolutely worth it if you like getting into the details and experiencing an older airliner. Let me put it this way, it is extremely satisfying to fly this bird!
Hi Ved . Thanks for the tutorial video for Md82 . It was really helpful . I am too fellow indian content creator . I have one query ie flight plane from sim brief . I try to add it in tablet as per your video . But it's not loading . Please help
Hey FlyEagle, Good to see you here. So, do you see both the mdr file and acars file in those folder links that I have showed in the video? For the flight that you want to load?
Hmm okay how are you loading it in? All you need to do is go into the efb and type in destination and arrival airport. This will automatically bring in the ofp into yourefb
@@AirborneGeek hahaha that's my fault for sure, Since April 30th I've Been refreshing There Actual Website all day until the purchase link popped up lol this aircraft is amazing I use to Fly it a lot on FS2004 -FS9
Not sure but usually when it says fuel temperature it is actually fuel measured before coming to the engine. Again, I am not sure but since I am into ic engines professionally that is how it goes there atleast :)
Lol man wait until we get to the electrical systems episode 🤣 Check out my piper arrow 3 series when you have some time haha. Nice talking to you bdw hit me up on facebook or discord

Thanks Claus for this comment! Helps :)
this video is great. I like to know whats going on when I pull switches on the panels, please make more of these type of videos
Thanks John, more and better content coming in for sure! :) Appreciate your support!
Good video, just one correction. We would burn fuel out of the center tank first because if the center fuel pumps fail, that fuel is unusable.
