I was there just a couple of months ago and sadly this is about as good as it gets around Nana. Thermae has more attractive woman but they do charge more too. SOI 7 is ok and has some good soapy massage available that are worth the price.

It's in front of the Novotel Hotel Bangkok on Soi 4 to be exact. A short walk from Nana Plaza. I stay there all the time, it has an excellent roof top pool and bar and as you can see no shortage of ladies to join you!
