I always thought My Little Baby was the ideal ending theme for Streets of Rage as it has a very serene mood with waves crashing and the trio watching the sunset. Of course there came the sequels but I think Yuzo Koshiro got it magnificently correct the first time.
Ah...you made me feel like I beat the game finally, like I was a kid again and all the trying and failing was worth it in the end to hear this. I did it. I saved the city :) Thanks for uploading
The boss rush on the final stage without any special attack could be pretty brutal, especially if you haven’t figured out the easy way to take out the blaze colour swaps.
I waited more than 20 years for a new Streets of Rage I am broken that the music was nothing close to the original and I will always wish you had composed all the tracks for the remake

I wish your songs were on Pandora. I really like this style of music, and I would like Pandora to work its magic and point me towards other songs in the genre.
Oh I forgot to mention that the last minute or so seems unnecessary, unless there was supposed to be something more noticeable/melodic or calming about the ocean waves?
Ahh, I see (on both accounts). It's a nice nod in that case, though my personal tastes would like something a bit more noticeable. But then again, OPINIONS! The rest is definitely fine work.
Nobody knows what's the name of the city in the game, so when I watched the intro of the 1st game I said to myself: "those buildings there are 2 possible cities either it's Chicago or NYC"
Check out "Streets Of Wrath", a new album based on the SoR soundtrack!

This is really good
Que nostalgia! Infância que não volta mais. 😢

sunrise you mean...
It's by far the best song he ever made. ❤
@@Dd-fb2tjIt's sunset in the game as it ends at night.
Sega always did know how to end their games....
Ahem, Shinobi...
Never forget that shot of Adam, Axel, and Blaze surrounding Mr. X. It'll come back to you...
*ONE YEAR AFTER THE BATTLE...*
Even sonic’s endings were great. Well from 1 to and knuckles that is.
Each Time when I listen It, I Really Hope a Good Future How a Libereted City/Cities without Crime, and No Drugs and NO Criminals.
Good! The "waves" don't sound all digitized and garbly!
Admirably done! ✔
Remember playing this back in the early 90's on the Genesis. How time fly's by.
😭
Still listening in 2022 😭
My cousin & I would always team up & play this legendary game. Back in the day...
Did you guys ever discover the evil ending?
The wave-crashing SFX you have at the end is much better than the 16-bit counterpart! Props, Iceferno!
"N O S T A L G I A"
Man brings back memories of watching Sunsets Down @ the Beach back as kid in the 90's :') Great Job man
Thanks. :) Will probably make another attempt eventually. The sound doesn't quite hold up for me, though I was pleased with it at the time.
It's holds up ALOT dude don't delete it I always listen to it whenever I'm down
I don't delete from the Remixes channel, don't worry. :)
Thanks iceferno I love it

YOU ACTUALLY FINISHED THE GAME BACK THEN!!!!! IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE!
@@CemSk1 It was hard, but not impossible. Geez! 😀

@@CemSk1 Lol, I finished that game and part 2 so many times, I lost count.
Hope... Restored.

Como era bom ser criança! Nossa, sinto tanta saudades!!! 😭😭😭😭
Esse jogo me marcou muito. Nunca vou esquecer. Tenho meu mega drive até hoje. Meus filhos vão jogar muito nele ainda .
great childhood memories
A song for a true ending. Funny the game had 2 more games come after it.
Excellent cadences and a cool melody.
When I listen to this music it's like I'm watching the beautiful lights on my country

Спасибо! Очень задушевно!!!
It's nice and beautiful. I loved that sea sound at the end of the song.

LMFAO DAMN thats some big ass waves LOL
I wonder why they call this song My little baby? The story had nothing to do with kids but great soundtrack
Probably a reference to similar sounding songs in late 80s RnB/Soul. It has that kind of sound.
The "baby" is the city. We saved our baby, now it can finally thrive.
Nobody knows what's the name of the city in the game, so when I watched the intro of the 1st game I said to myself: "those buildings there are 2 possible cities either it's Chicago or NYC"
I think the SOR1 city was most inspired by NY.
@@Iceferno that makes sense
@@Iceferno so, what do you make in the 2nd game of Streets Of Rage? You've seen the intro right?
That one's more ambiguous. I think they tried to make that city their own, but they still didn't officially name it like in 3.
@@Iceferno You probably right
The main synth should have resembled the original track better, the rest is really good
