Really miss my dad's '66 Custom Cab short bed. Ground up restored in his shop and used for well over 500k miles. Blueprinted 352 was a beast! One of the most comfortable interiors, too, thanks to Walt's Top Shop. Dad fortuitously found a visor for it at a junkyard. The owner of the yard asked my dad if he could identify the vehicles the part would fit. Turns out it was my dad's truck! Pretty cool feature!
Looks like they painted over some rust in at least one spot ( that would be pretty egregious in my opinion. Nice looking truck though. Wonder what it went for?
Missing some things.... front windshield stainless trim, passenger side door step trim Drivers door is from a Custom cab, passenger door is not. the grill needs the black accents around the headlights and grill center, The engine is not original, power brakes are new, does it have drum brakes in the front still? Is it a custom cab? missing the swept speedo guage cluster if so. Good Luck!
Valid points to discerning eyes like you and I have. The market here is urban folk with no inkling of what is correct. They just want eye candy and something to drive to the local farmers market and look "country". It's a pretty truck for they're friends to admire and that's enough for them.
@@gregwddriver I have seen other trucks that they have put up for offer, really nice 👍. I was learned by the best. Have owned 15 slicks since 2004 💪🍻 Cheers

Painted grill? No custom cab badges on doors, probably still a good truck.
