Actors and married couple Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard go head-to-head in the Battle of the Sexes, a series of games designed to find out how men and women's brains differ. This particular challenge includes Kristen and Dax each solving a math puzzle before a gas balloon explodes.

I don't think its purely testing just mathematical abilities if there's a tactile component to it...also my little girl hands could never grip those as easily and quickly as a person with larger hands. That can slow a player down and its not due to the brain's ability.

All of the tests on that show gave an advantage to someone taller/with a bigger reach. Nothing to do with the brain when Kristen couldn't reach the top of a puzzle without stairs and Dax could. She even pointed it out when in one of the tests his longer arms made it much closer for him to aim when he had to fill a container.

She also has anxiety, and the possibility of an explosion would be a negative pressure for her, whereas it would be an exciting conclusion for Dax. That’s not necessarily a male/female thing, but their own specific personalities.
