You guys should come over to NY over the summer and look at the expensive houses on Long Island in Manhasset, Roslyn, Hamptons, or the crazy penthouses in Manhattan.
Such a great property and WELL worth the asking price. I would definately build additional rooms underneath, the bowling ally idea would be a great addition. Great vid guys well done!!!

love this house, looks waaaaay undervalued for the design and appeal. Simply great and cozy and huge. Also the Cobra would be a nice add on. Also, 118 caissons @ $50,000 = $5,900,000 = They have to be less expensive than Michael stated.
The stepped-down lavatory floor detail is an option that chronic toilet pluggers can choose to add an extra bit of insurance on those days of heavy crapping. It's amazing that one inch sunken and sealed floor will save the adjoining carpets and in many cases ones reputation by containing the overflowed "liquids" and "solids" in the rest area where it belongs. Great engineering detail, very savvy minded and super exclusive considering all the cases of premature post-constipated evacuations these days. Super trendy! :)
