Hi, apologies for the delay. You would want to start with Color Disruptor and CPR first. Then decide if using DDL XL is needed

I'm just looking to remove the box hair dye from my hair . So do I follow all the steps you mentioned? I just noticed the models hair looks bleached in some places. Is that what may happen if I use this? Or did you just add something else? My hair is dark brown and I don't want it any other color.

Hi! This is a professional product, so if you don't have a cosmetology license, you cannot purchase it. Their hair was previously bleached. CPR and Color Disruptor do not lift the natural hair color.

Can I use clarifying shampoo instead?

      Hi! Un-Do-Goo is a clarifying shampoo. 😊
