      If the parking is not covered by three sides then it’s open parking

      This means if building is built after RERA came in effect stilt parking we should not pay a penny to builder as it will be society property.
      But pre RERA construction it was allowed to sell Stilt parking from builder to home buyer?
      Is this understanding correct?

    जर कमर्शीअल शॉप आणि त्या वरती रेसिडेनशियल फ्लॅट असतील तररोड फ्रंट शॉप च्या पुढे वरील मजल्या नुसार जागा सोडावी लागते का? मग ती शॉप समोर सोडलेली ओपन जागा.. बिल्डर विकू शकतो का?तसं सेल डिड मध्ये लिहून देत नाहीये तो.. पण स्टॅम्प पेपर वर लिहून देतोय.. हे योग्य आहे का? कृपया मार्गदर्शन करावे

    Most of the videos i got to know car parking can't be sold out , if rera say that open and cover parking can be sold out then what about those flats owner how can they get the car parking?

    Builder has not attached Annexe only given as 1 covered car parking please suggest way forward

    Builder is selling mechanical stack parking along with flat. Is this legal? What precautions to be taken in that case? What is to be mentioned in Sale Agreement? No FSI is consumed for Stack parking. Please guide since we wanted to buy that flat along with parking…

    In a redevelopment project, the builder has shown CANTILEVER PARKING In the building courtyard / open space area. The open space provided is 3 meters from the compound wall... The plan has been approved from MHADA with NO COMMENT, However CFO has also approved the plan with remark stating NO STURCTURE OF ANYKIND IS PERMITED IN THE COURTYARD OF THE BUILDING FROM ALL SIDES & IT SHOULD BE FREE FROM ANY OBSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIME... Please advice as the builder is allotting / selling these parking along with STILT PARKING to potential flat buyer....

    मॅम मी फ्लॅट बुक करते वेळी पार्किंग घेतले नव्हते, आत्ता ३ वर्षानंतर फ्लॅट चे possession घेतले आहे, फ्लॅट च्या agreement मध्ये पार्किंग ची नोंद नाहीये. आणि आत्ता बिल्डर कडून एक covered पार्किंग विकत घेत आहे, तर ते मला ALLOTMENT LETTER WITH MAP / Layout / Plan देत आहेत. एवढे २ document sufficient आहेत का?

    Respected mam i have one query regarding open space parking,i have my own stack height parking, but my car is big and it doesnt fit on it .even this situation i parked my car on it with my own risk. One day i parked my car on society's open space and generally those dont have their own car parking, they parked their vehicle there.That one day when i parked my car on open space society took objection and told me to park on my own space,But my question is ,The open space is not anyones private space,if people who dont have their car parking and they can park their vehicle on open space then why it is restricted for other? In committee,most of the people they dont have car parking and they are making all rules in their own favour.Please guide me,whati can do

    My builder has some spare parkings, the project is near possession. I am willing to purchase one parking in addition to the one mentioned my agreement. Builder asked to pay in cash and said would give allotment letter. I know this will not be legal. Is there a way to make this legal?

    The builder is developing a complex of 3 buildings each building has its separate wall boundaries. Project 1 is completed and project 2 is under construction. Project 3 is yet to launch.
    Can a builder sell car parking of project 1 registered under one RERA project to buyers from project 2 under another RERA registered project?

    Kya hum open kar parking resale main kharid sakte hey before society formation because in our building builder allotted one of open parking to buyer and now that buyer wants to sale parking and i am interested to buy please suggest
