The plan has been approved from MHADA with NO COMMENT, However CFO has also approved the plan with remark stating NO STURCTURE OF ANYKIND IS PERMITED IN THE COURTYARD OF THE BUILDING FROM ALL SIDES & IT SHOULD BE FREE FROM ANY OBSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIME... Please advice as the builder is allotting / selling these parking along with STILT PARKING to potential flat buyer....

One day i parked my car on society's open space and generally those dont have their own car parking, they parked their vehicle there.That one day when i parked my car on open space society took objection and told me to park on my own space,But my question is ,The open space is not anyones private space,if people who dont have their car parking and they can park their vehicle on open space then why it is restricted for other?
