Man. Only now saw this video. I went to the LA Fit Expo and met Randall. Met the team. It was very humbling. I've worked in warehouse for over 11yrs. Wish I worked in an environment like that. With Positive minds, vibes and people all workibg toward the same goal. 👊
I think it's so amazing that despite a company having a hierarchy, everyone still help to pack and work as packers (which always seem like the lower rank in the hierarchy). sorta have that down-to-earth vibe where it's building relationships first (because everyone sees each other as an equal) and then work later. something to bear in mind ;) oh and 10,000 :)
