pile #1 I think, maybe there are other way to read these cards: the devil card, the hermit (the shadow aspect), stress and the justice card. Maybe be they are afraid or threatened because we can really see their shadows that they are trying to hide from people? And with the friendiness and the four of cups, we are offering them a way to heal and transform (the butterfly in the four of wands) and finally celebrate this transformation. I chose pile 3 - It's about my boss. At first she acted like a caring person and she claims she's an expert at her field. But actually contradicts herself a lot and somehow loves to put me down and make me feel stupid to make her look more capeable. She and another collegue plottet behind my back and yes I am exactly in that situation right now where she gave me an insulting offer and expect me to be thankful in return. Because my work was so bad, she will not give me the unlimited contract after a year like usual but give me a limited again, so that I "can improve".
Indeed I have been cleaning up after her mistake for months and all I earn is blame, shame and an unfair contract.
It's a shame, I love my work, but she loves to promote people who do very little and she hates my enthusiasm and that I am popular amongst colleagues and clients.

Pile 2: I was really surprised cause this is a person I know from childhood and we've been friends intermittently through the years. We've shared a lot and I'm really grateful for that, but somehow I've always had this bad feeling coming from them that I couldn't figure out since they appear to be so kind towards me. I think they may have developed some romantic feelings for me and I put a strong barrier to that, making them angry.
This year we reconnected and distanced ourselves again, and now I'm sure I'm not reconnecting with them ever again. I feel sad about it but know it's the best, and I really hope they can find peace and happiness.

My mother was extremely jealous of me and tried many times to harm me until I finally cut her out of my life completely. You really nailed this one.
