I need help to I was worked around 4 year under agency account this account was created by the agency owner. 6 month started my self-freelancing with my new agency account I win my first project as due the double account my account was suspended by the Upwork, again Upwork support team verify my new account its was done. Finally, Upwork told me until your previous account will be delete by your previous agency Owner you can’t able to work, they are coordinating with the agency. Any idea how much time I have to wait for the same? If agency owner will not agree to delete my account what will happened? Please help me
