Bring back the good old days when you had real buttons instead of virtual screen buttons, when you could didn't have a camera hole in the middle of the screen, and when you could change a duff battery yourself by undoing the battery compartment....
quite late to the party but wanted to appreciate this great video you covered everything maybe sensors is the only thing you left, also the subtitles is amazing touch maybe a longer one would be even better. in my region the phone is selling for 230 Euros including charger in the box, i just find it weird that the phone specs isn't universal they remove something from every region or country like in my case the phone released in my country with the E-SIM removed we only get 2 nano sims but every other country in my region got the phone with E-SIM !! and in your case you didn't get E-SIM nor Charger 😁 kinda sucks. i checked which model available here it's 2437-3 that's Europe version they even include a paper with Europe union logo which makes it even weirder cuz in most of Europe it supports E-SIM, also the Non-eSE NFC thing made it a mystery nobody knows if NFC will work in this phone or not, i actually never heard of that Non-eSE thing until i searched about this phone.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Really appreciated. Not sure about Motorola' s launch roadmap, but I was able to buy it in late December,so yes, late to the party 🥳. I agree, I don't understand either how manufacturers decide who should get what features or a charger, but it is what it is. I did not know about the secure NFC chip either, but it turns out that Google Pay works just fine. As regards sensor testing, given the lower and lower attention span, I tend to keep the videos short and concise and give the feedback of a regular user. If someone is interested in more details and tests, I am available in the comments section.
1. There is no significant heat built-up under heavy load. The chip does not throttle too much. 2. It works just fine. I don't see any difference compared to the Google assistant.
Its also has some amazing ferures lime crystal talk AI which banks background noise, it has audio zoom so when you zoom it can pick up sound from the subject, samsung ex feature share me and its also getting 5 years android updates, one morw thing thing to mention if if the ecreen has water or moisture you can still use it.
Perfectly right. Google adopted the Quick Share feature from Samsung and included it in Android, indeed. The screen water repellent feature is called by Moto: Water Touch. Thanks for your comment.
Yes, you can. First you activate Developer Options. Then, you look for Display Cutout and choose Hide. However, being an IPS display, you will still notice the part that is hidden.
Hello. The phone has NFC, so it should. But I read that it does not have the chip to support secure payments. So you can only use NFC for file transfer. But if you are not in a hurry, I'll get back to you later as I am planning to use it for a payment with Google Pay. Okay?
Hi. Thank you so much for confirming it. I have the Australian version with the NFC chip without the secure element. I can open the box now without worrying 😊 You have been SO HELPFUL!!! And thank you so much for making the time and effort!!! 🙏😊🙏
It is quite good. I am happy with the volume and the quality. I used the G75 on speaker to record the sound from various earbuds (see my video on the Huawei Freebuds SE3).
I would not say that, no. The A55 has a better chip and better cameras. Also an OLED screen if you favor that. The construction is glass sandwich vs plastic on the Moto. However, I would say that the Moto is easier to handle and feels more friendly to the hand. So no, they are not quite on par.
The Moto launch price is similar to the current price of A55, at least in Europe. As far as I remember, the launch price of A55 was 450 EUR. The price of the G75 will decrease in time. But, yes, the A35 is in the same league as the G75.
One should always look at the complete package and not just the screen or storage. Motorola is back with update policy that makes the hardware longer lasting by Android as safety updates. Not a fanboi of any brand, I always consider different brands as models. FYI I had a Moto G6 for over four years 😅 (a €149 phone).
@@mytechchannel123 At the moment having a Samsung A54 and think it is great. The package as a whole is what me buys a phone. Anything over $350 I think is a gamble in terms of real updates as dropping it yourself on the floor. Basicly every three or so years a new phone under $350 preferably is my aim. Motorola being back with a serious line of phones is great 👍

I bought one, in Australia it comes with a charger capable of 33 W of turbo charging. It also includes a set of Moto Buds.
Lucky :)

You can look at the Sony Xperia phones. No holes in the display and nearly stock Android. You cannot change the battery though :)

1. Does this phone heat up when gaming or during heavy use?
2. Have you ever used it with ChatGPT through the speaker? How’s the sound quality?

Can you set the top of the display to being underneath the camera hole? I hate having a black dot on the screen.
Yes, you can. First you activate Developer Options. Then, you look for Display Cutout and choose Hide. However, being an IPS display, you will still notice the part that is hidden.
As a normal user who doesn't care abou multitask, which one should I choose, Samsung a35, or moto g85 or moto g75?
The phones are pretty similar, so not an easy question 😊. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with the A35.
Très pertinent votre avis
Merci.

Hi,
Does this phone support contactless payments like Google Wallet and Google Pay? Thank you
Hello. The phone has NFC, so it should. But I read that it does not have the chip to support secure payments. So you can only use NFC for file transfer. But if you are not in a hurry, I'll get back to you later as I am planning to use it for a payment with Google Pay. Okay?
@mytechchannel123 Yes Please!!! That would be very very helpful!!! 🙏😊
@k.l.1462 no problem
Yes, I was able to pay using Google Pay. I have the European model without that secure chip in theory.

G75 or a16
I would go with the G75. In Samsung's line, A35 would be on par with the G75. A16 is in an inferior tier in my pov.
@mytechchannel123 what about honor x8b and g75 ?
Never used the Honor x8b but looking at the specifications, I would go with the Moto G75 (better processor, better cameras, 5G, and so on).
What do u say about the sound and speakers for this set??
It is quite good. I am happy with the volume and the quality. I used the G75 on speaker to record the sound from various earbuds (see my video on the Huawei Freebuds SE3).
@mytechchannel123 thanks brother
@amrmoawadful you're welcome
Patch still November 1st?
Let me check.
Indeed. November 1st.
Better than the Samsung A55?

compare it to the same price. a55 is almost double the price

True.

Totally agree. I personally prefer IPS LCD screens because my eyes get tired looking at OLED screens. So for longer use I use my Pixel Tablet. Cheers!

@Michel-r6m I agree. I use Pixel phones for the camera and early updates. If you don't look at the latest models, the prices are pretty good.
@@mytechchannel123 I need to look up Pixel phones but they seem pretty good but a bit too expensive since I have other hobby's 😅
Motorola Edge 50 Neo or G75?
Definitely the Edge 50 Neo. The price might be similar now that the G75 is newly launched but the Edge 50 Neo is a class above.
Does this G75 play HDR10 or 4k on TH-cam?
No, it does not play HDR. But you can go up to 4k quality. You are not capped at FHD as on other phones.
