What a lovely set up, Marion! I liked the video too. I've had comfrey for about a year now, and I've only mostly used it as a chop and drop. I must get to using it in other ways too. One quick q - why are you particular about keeping the fan going 24/7?
Like children, seedlings need lots on energy. For them, light. Window light is rarely enough to prevent tall, leggy and weak seedlings-especially in late winter to early spring when day length is still short-ish - unless you supplement with good reflectors or additional light; and rotate your seedlings. 🌱 16-18 hours of light each day is ideal.

In my experience, keeping air moving across seedlings is the #1 way to prevent damping off. Make sense?
Why do you put the seedlings under light? Will natural window light work too?
