Well they would have renewed back in September 2021 (Yeri in March of this year). I imagine they must have renegotiated better terms and had demands for better promotions too. They certainly wouldn't have costed what they did at debut back in 2014. Expensive girls :)

All of them are much happier this era! They haven’t been this busy and promoted heavily since 2018 and I’m sure they missed and loved being together all the time. They arguably have the most diverse discography in kpop but this is my favorite genre of all, happy cake girls. Let’s be together a lot this year 💚💜💝💛💙
