I really enjoyed the new season, like a lot, Edvins' portrayal of anxiety is so refreshing and relatable. I cried a lot when he talked with his therapist, I don't know those parts just hit hard.

Edvin Ryding is such a brilliant young actor. I could not imagine another actor in the role. Edvin portrays all of Wilhelm’s insecurity, anxiety, frustration, anger, jealousy, heartbreak, disappointment, sense of relief, contentment, and passion brilliantly, often without even uttering a single word. His facial expressions, particularly his eyes, along with his gestures and body movements reveal so much about what Wilhelm is thinking and feeling. Edvin’s portrayal is so powerful and so full of charisma that he steals every scene he is in; it is hard to keep your eyes off of him. He is just astonishing to watch.

I think Edvin Ryding is really going places, he's such an amazing actor and in my opinion he's one of the best in our generation.
I get the chills everytime I see him on the screen regardless of the type of scene I'm watching or what emotion he portraits... happiness, sadness, anger, anxiousness, love...
And his facial expressions!! I cannot get over how much his eyes speak in every scene... he deserves the world!!

Edvin came out guns blazing this season. In season 1 he already portrayed anxiety really good and then this season he turned it up a notch.

I just discovered this edit and it brought tears into my eyes and chills down my spine. The way it goes from anxiety to comfort i feel like i was in his head. The violins, Erised, you manage to get even deeper under our skin than the YR makers themselves. You do so much justice to Edvin, who tells stories with his eyes. Like Wille on the stairs in ep. 6 - anger, disappointment, despair, drive to change, all of it, while Edvin is just sitting there, with teared up eyes. Thank you for using your talent to do justice to Edvin's talent.

One of my favorite fictional characters of all time. Despite being royalty, he's relatable, human, and so tightly developed by the writers and by Edvin's phenomenal performance that he leaps right off the screen. Incredible actor, incredible story, incredible series.
I’m so glad this video doesn’t have subtitles! You don’t even need to know Swedish to see all the emotions Wille goes through on his journey to discovering who he is and what is important to him. He’s struggled over these last 2 seasons but he’s grown so much and I’m so glad he finally got his peace with Simon at the end! ❤❤ beautiful video!

AH YESSS I WAS WAITING FOR A VIDEO FROM YOU!!!! this is so good😭 thank you for making a video about wille! I've been crying so much for him this season. the portrayal of his anxiety and pain was so raw edvin is crazy good! I absolutely love how you highlighted his struggles until 2:38 and how the music gets more and more intense till that point but when his and simon's moments are showed the music is more mellow and gentle! how are you so good at this???? wille had such good character growth this season, sure he was a bit unhinged at times but I loved how he tried his best to give simon space. it's not talked about enough, he wanted simon to be happy even if it meant he wouldn't be in the picture and if that isn't pure love i don't know what is! I love his protective side too the field scene with august was one of the best!!! he was so powerful and it was so satisfying!!! I loved the season finale. we got simon saying i love you back to him and can't forget the final speech! I'm glad he took that decision all by himself, he doesn't have to be a pawn of the queen and the royal court anymore. he was so sure of his statement as well, and the smile just confirmed that he is proud of his decision, i cannot be more in love with his character! can't wait for season 3 now! it's going to be even more chaotic but they are not a secret anymore :D thank you again for this amazing edit!💜 don't know whether we'll see more edits from you but I would love to see more👀

Wonderful edit. I cannot get enough of Edvin Ryding's acting. I have never watched a show as many times on repeat as I have Young Royals, and I am sort of addicted to Edwin's anxiety scenes and the scenes with the psychiatrist. Tip, if you are watching in English, it is worth watching over in Swedish with the subtitles, because then you really understand the impact of his acting and timing.

I love him so much. I get where Simon’s coming from but I gotta admit I hated sometimes how he treated Wille, like… not everything is he’s fault you know 💔
I think it’s important to remember that they’re both so young, I feel like Simons actions and feelings are totally realistic, he’s obviously never been in Wilhelm’s shoes so how could he? And I guess the same thing goes for Wilhelm, he doesn’t know anything about Simons dad and all the times he have been let down by people in his life. He broke his trust with Simon when he didn’t communicate honestly and I can’t blame Simon for holding that grudge. I think this season was a good life changing realisation for both of them. Lmao sorry if this response got a bit long ❤
