夏休みも始まったばかりですが、夕飯を作る気力がないときってありますよね。そんなこんなで子供たちが好きなガストに行きました。狙ったわけでもないですがｗゴーゴーカレーも復活していました。夏のカレーってなんでこんなに美味しいのでしょう。元気に食べてまた明日から頑張ります！
ちなみに豆腐は、大豆 大豆や豆腐・豆乳などの大豆製品になりますが、記憶力や集中力を高めるレシチンが多く含まれます。 抗酸化物質であるポリフェノールも含まれており、加齢による認知能力低下の予防も期待できるそうです。夏休みに子供に食べさせることでいいかもしれません。早速、うちの受験生にも食べさせていますｗ
