Yes, we weren't able to buy them online either. What you have to do is walk to the KF Tirana stadium and they will have a little window where you can buy them. It's called Stadiumi "Selman Stërmasi". Just so you don't walk all around the stadium the little window is on the side where the restaurant Proper Pizza is located. Make sure to have cash. Hope you have a great time

They usually post it as a picture with the word "biletat" and in the bottom the hours in which they sell the tickets
