@@Skfkf1393a The Steam has volumetric dosing which the Espresso does not, but the Espresso has Slayer's famous needle valve which allows you to do very low pressure and very long pre-infusions (20 seconds or more if you desire). I would say the Steam is for someone who wants amazing espresso consistently and easily, while the espresso is for someone who is able put in the time and wants to get the very most out of their coffee.
Why does this sound like a commercial/infomercial for Slayer products... Please try to stay unbiased and neutral otherwise people may go to other channels for their espresso needs.

Does the hot water tap have a mixing valve? Or is it hot water direct from the boiler?
does the steam have scheduled on/off functionality?
I have the Slayer single group and it would have been nice to hear the difference between the new Steam and the single group.
Do you guys do QC before sending these out? Heard the quality hasn’t been the same recently.
If the customer requests it we are happy to bench test a machine but we have not had issues with Slayer in recent memory.
