Just came across this channel and didn't know what to make of it but this is some real stuff here.
Manosphere content never resonated with me as a man because it did just all come across as bitter. I felt it was more dangerous toward society than anything else, and the "guru shit" absolutely is. I feel like a lot of those guys are just grifters taking advantage of legitimate loneliness and pain a lot of guys are going through. It's irresponsible and dangerous.
It's not easy to rethink things or be critical of a philosophy/ideology you follow. What I typically see is a lot of ignoring the issues and doubling down just to save face or appear right.
I salute you for your insights here and thank you for sharing. I'm sorry to hear about that rough patch with your partner. I hope he finds his way back to being himself and you both flourish.

I always enjoyed your older videos. The recent one in the kitchen with your kids was really nice too. I don't have kids but it reminded me how awesome they are. thanks.

I used to watch almost all your videos, and I enjoyed your balanced, wise, and insightful take on life, dating, and relationships.
I'm sorry about the tumor news.
I'm praying for better times ahead.
You're a common sense voice that is needed in these chaotic times .
    God bless you 🙌 🙏
I do understand if you don't make another video.
    Your family needs you.

@@villaespesa1 Thank you so much. I feel bad because I got bogged down by a very vocal and very negative minority, when the majority of interactions I’ve had here have been very positive. I think in future videos I really need to focus more on the positive side of things and, as they say, ignore the haters.

    • @villaespesa1

@oakleavesandonions771 There are haters in the space, and they pollute some serious issues with their binary extreme views.
      That's true.
They don't have the nuances or insights yet, and maybe they need to see your take on life.
Darkness can only be fought with light and ignorance with wisdom.
Good luck to you and your family.

Thank you for sharing that, I had a brain aneurism after the surgery to fix it cased a stroke I had to relearn to walk and it did change my personality I was angry about it for a while but I realized the anger did not help me so I had to learn to adapt to a new life my wife wanted something different so we divorced but we have remained civil to each other for the sake of our kids I consider her a good friend she has always been there to help me when I needed help I am 64 now I don't necessarily want to date though I would like to find a companion to spend the rest of my life with. maybe I'll find the right person one day. your husband is a lucky man that you are so loyal to him. you are a beautiful person inside ad out.

I am so sorry that this happened to you. I am new to men's rights and I can see how important the case is and how many unaware men are in need of help. But I have also noticed that there are done bad apples.
I cannot imagine receiving such messages like you describe and just ignoring them. That's awful and it should never happen. So many immature people... I wish all the best to you and your family!

Dont make manosphere videos because the "sphere" has become polluted; but it would behouve the silent men who are genuinely looking for help. Dont let people beat you down. Angry, bitter, nasty isnt specific to men, its also women...people in general. Take care of your husband and kids. Hope your family is well. I have been a huge proponent of self-improvement, but I hold both men and women accountable. Dont give up because of men or women, put out your message; you never know who will hear a supportive message and the impact it might make on their life.

Despite the tragedy of your husband's brain tumor you've been a loyal and loving partner to him through the ups and downs of your great adventure together such is the course of real love. Wishing you and your partner better days ahead. I'm happy to see you without the pink hair in braids an older guy. Still awesome.

Yup, sounds like this topic attracts the worst and most toxic of them. Not worth it unless you're trying to sell something to profit off of their grievance. Leave it alone to make your life better and less stressful

Didn't ANY of those toxic old men have a good MOTHER ?
Luckily I had a very caring mother who educated me about female psychology.
My Mom helped me to know what to avoid and what to embrace to find the woman for me.
    Thanks Mom!
    Ps did their moms cheat?

Just wanted to say i understand why you dont do those videos anymore. You dont have any obligation to be a punching bag for some strangers anger so it makes total sense for you to avoid dealing with it.
I dont think i have ever watched one of your videos before, but you really do seem to be a good hearted soul.
The older guys are usually angry that divorce robbed of their wealth and a family. They have a right to be angry. i was angry too for a long time, but who wants to be angry for ever? I guess it helps if theres no cheating involved.
After 3 years im not angry anymore. Me and my ex-wife are friends and i will often help her out with stuff as neither of us is in a new relationship. I do garden work and maintenance on the house and in return i get to eat a free meal with her and the kids.
The most important thing for both of us is that the kids get to see us getting along and know that we still care about each other.
Im real sorry about your husbands brain tumor but glad it was benign and not cancerous. Sadly its just a fact that no one can know what fate has in store for us regarding health.
    Best wishes from the UK.

The most fascinating thing about social media and video posting is that comments have a way of shaping the creator and content. How do you fix it in a positive way? Some creators have set it where you cannot make comments period. That is an extreme. Some comments are so filthy it should be banned. Some comments have lead to positive change ...ie example .. your volume is too low and I cannot hear you or lighting is poor and I cannot see you. So my solution is to have ALL comments read and approved for post by a Moderator (not the creator).. I have seen just about all your videos and I have never felt the need to use SIGN.: Shame Insult Guilt and Need to be right. Annouce these at the end of each of your videos as a warning to be POSITIVE or risk never having your comments never shown or responded to in a thoughtful manner. Here are the best of human qualities that require no money and a guide to comments:: Manners, Morals, Respect, Character, Common Sense, Trust, Patience, Class, Integrity and Love. #MMRCCSTPCIL

Yeah... You have to be pretty screwed up to "witness" loyalty in real time and then claim it does not exist in women.
Then again, and I am sure you have witnessed this too...
"Women are loyal to bad boys"
Ummm...yeah, it proves that loyalty does exist, now all you have to do is figure out why they aren't loyal to you.
Sorry to hear your hubby is not completely back. As I have listened to your videos over time, I was under the assumption that once the diagnosis was made and it was "correctable" I just assumed everything was sort of back to bliss (so to speak).
You all have taken a fairly good punch from life and the two of you are still here and still together. You have a family and a home and chickens... that's sounds like a "win" to me. ...and you all are still going like the Energizer bunny
I have a bag of "F"s I will leave with ya, feel free to add them to your collection for those who don't know to STFU.
    stay well

I sympathise with your situation regarding your husband's brain tumour. I hope that he can recover. I hope that you both get back at least some of the man that he was previously.
You are 100% correct about the Manosphere. Yes there are certainly some of today's women who have a bad attitude to life and a bad attitude and approach to men (IE Women who are gold diggers who expect men to pay for everything). But as you say, not all women are like that.
If a man works on developing himself , his education , his knowledge of the world etc... he will become much more attractive to a far wider group of women and therefore make it more likely that he will find a better women to be his potential wife / partner / mother of his children etc...
A man who just stays in his parent's basement or spare room all day watching porn and playing games will achieve very little.
