My mom watched with me and we also watched some of her Vietnamese vlogs. We’re Vietnamese as well. I grow a much smaller scale garden and lots of roses. One day I’ll be like Mama Judy. Enjoyed the videos! ❤ Chào bác (hope that’s right my Viet is great).

What does it taste like? I have only had dried jackfruit and it doesn’t taste like much. Been thinking about putting them in a bowl of water to rehydrate them, but I don’t know if that will make a difference. PS - your Mom is so sweet!

It’s kind of stringy & succulent at the same time. It tastes like a mixture of pineapple & banana. They’re delicious!
