Forgot to mention that the Max G2 has selectable charge levels (80, 85, 90, 95,100%) and will automatically stop charging once it reaches the selected charge level. No worries about overcharging or winter storage. I like Apollo designs, but they need to update their BMS tech. This is a very significant distinguishing feature-surprised it wasn’t mentioned.

the sole reason why i bought the ninebot is the build in charger, I cannot say how much better it is to just have a tiny cable with you instead of carrying the charging brick around. Even if you forget the cable somebody will have a cable that fits

You are totally right, the unit featured in the video was a pre-production model. For the final production, we have made some improvements to the rear plastic part to make it less opaque. Additionally, we have increased the voltage to the rear LED lights which means that both the rear brake and turning signals will be brighter.

I'm not interested in offroading but am concerned that some bumpy roads might be less enjoyable with the Go. I wish there was a way to try both to see how they ride, lol! You forgot to mention one other difference - that being the Go is about 33% more expensive than the G2. It may be worth that extra price, but it definitely deserves a mention since it's not a trivial increase.

Main reason for the 9 inch tires were to accomodate 2, 350 watt motors. If it were 10 inch, the scooter would be noticeably heavier and less portable.
The Air only uses 1, 500-watt motor for its 10 inch tires so it remains light.

AWD is the key. I'm going for Apollo. There are many hills in my city. IP66 rating as well as my city rains a lot. I really don't care about those many lights in the scooter. I wear reflective vest every time i ride my scooter. Wearing reflective vest is more effective than those extra lights in the scooter. I'm not a fun of regen brakes as it creates a rough ride. Having to control the brake yourself creates a smooth braking. It's not like buying a new brake is expensive. If you use e scooter as a form of commuting to work and your work is like 40km away. It's not even advisable anymore to use an e scooter as it can be tiring to your legs too and the mental stress of negotiating with cars and street noise. By the time you arrive to work, you're mentally drained already. The distance that most people really consume in a day using scooter is between 15 to 30 km. Heck even 30km distance is tiring to your legs. For me, Apollo wins and the main reason is the AWD plus 45km/h speed plus IP66!

Apollos innovation, regen braking, controls (throttle response, balance etc.) and quality are a big step ahead for scooters. The idea of making an upgradeable scooter (phantom 1, 2 and 3) is genius and the ride difference between generations (only electronics for most part) is amazing! Keep up the good work.
