Fukien Bak Hok/Fujian Bai He [Southern/Fukien White Crane]. It's one of the core southern Chinese systems that Karate was said to have borrowed. Whether the two handed sabre/knife is orthodox Fukien White Crane, I am unsure; while modernly uncommon in many Chinese systems, it is present in Chinese military history. It IS possible that this was ported from Japan as Yu Da You, a Ming general in charge of suppressing Japanese pirates, wrote a sword treatise that included his experiences.
The title says something like Fujian Swords. What style is it ? Its the first time I see a two handed Southern Sword technique. I just thought this is unique to Miao Dao and Northern Mantis Longhandle Jian.
WahrerDrache Fujian White Crane, It does have some ancient military training like the 100 Rattan Shield unit that defeated the Russian Fort without losing a single casualty. It is a super effective system that influence some styles of karate.
Two handed bladed weapons were banned for civilians in ancient China, therefore the arts were never popular in the pass. in the mid of the 15th century, China Ming dynasty navy general QI, Jiguang captured a Japanese pirate, the pirate gave him a manual script of "Kage-ryū kenjutsu". Since then the two handed bladed weapons renascent in southern china.

上挑右腳同步踏前擋開對手刀，跟隨快速刀高過頭360度向對方右邊肩劈去，如果對方沒有受傷，人體向左逆時針360度轉圈跳起向對方左膀劈下，因為斜劈力度大，對方不死則傷，也有可能連皮帶骨將對方一刀兩段

苗刀有很多的學者，什麼武功學得不好也是華而不實。有時所謂華而不實只是不懂得應用而已。
雙手刀不是只限於苗刀。形意拳也有形意刀。
说得好.有很多人,你让他学招式,他说不实用.你让他练基本功,他说不好看.反正总是一堆意见.
教他基本功 說很無聊； 教他實用的招式 說很難看 ；教他好看的套路 說華而不實； 跟他說養生 他跟你說街頭實戰 ；跟他說街頭實戰 他跟你講擂台 一堆腦殘的鍵盤高手
