DRAWW - Scalextric GT3 - The Kitchen Floor - 11/20/16

First race of our current series, Scalextric GT3 cars. Requirements are that they are sidewinder configuration, all stock parts, with DPR option, and any urethane tires. We'll be using the Carson DPR chips to run these same cars on a couple Carrera Digital tracks in the group.
First part is qualify. 50 lap race with simulations starts at about 11:00

Hi Greg, I hope you don't mind but I just copied this track for use at a charity event here in England in the summerIve adjusted it a bit and added a few more lane changers but its more or less the same

That is the case. We usually run without traction magnets, because it's harder to match magnet performance than other factors.

what rms is that? how is the rms linked to the track?

This is a Scalextric Digital track using a C7042 ("APB") power base, connected to the PC via a USB cable, running the RCS64 race management software.

love your track! i am a subscriber and just thought i would say hi. i have a old vintage track. Nothing like this one you all have though. this one rocks! Love the lap counter/Timer. My track is a 1/43 scale made from old Artin and Childford track. I did make a couple lap counters for it though. Ill leave you a link . Hope you don't mind. We use a three light system built into the track. And each driver races each lane twice. So after each race we all switch cars. Everybody will race every car twice. This way nobody has the best car or lane, Only the best one driving wins! If you crash once you turn on a green light. crash twice and you turn on a yellow light.
