I don't hate the layout but for $100k i'd like to rearrange it just a hair to make it more palatable for when i have guests over.

Switch the opening on the fridge/freezer so it opens into the kitchen and not the bathroom. Nicely thought out otherwise.

Nice home but for my tastes , it's just too narrow... I think you need at least another 4 feet wide to not feel So chlostrophobic...
