Made these several times now and making them again tonight. I was never a big fan of meatloaf but this recipe changed that. I have use cracker crumbs in place of the oatmeal as I always have them on hand. My family really loves them, even my very picky 4 yr old grandson eats them. A few minutes in the air fryer VS the oven heating up the house in the summer is a huge plus. Excellent recipe, Mama Sue!
Those look so scrumptious Mama Sue! I never thought about making my meatloaf into anything else besides a loaf. But we will be trying this! And I like a little bit of bell pepper in my meatloaf but the rest of my family is like Harold and doesn't care for that "green stuff." LOL! Thank you so very much Mama Sue! I'm craving meatloaf now so I'm going to have to get the stuff now to make your meatloaf balls! And we will be trying it out in our air fryer too! We love to cook in our air fryer all the time!
