If you shoot the right orbit in the bennings mode, keep the left flipper held to stop the ball draining. When it comes to hitting the drop targets, I find it safer to trap the ball on the left flipper first.
@@spittlefish5208 Yes, there was a big chance of a drain there so nudging reduced reduced the risk. Zen have changed the physics a few times so don't know if it still plays like that.
I'm a decent C grade player who is ranked in the top 50 for this table. I have NEVER been able to start video mode as that lane is nearly impossible to hit reliably. What happens in video mode? Also can I ask some advice? I need to learn the art of nudging but it's hard to find a good tutorial. So when you hit the left stick does it nudge left or are you hitting that side to nudge right? Also, how do you know when it's the optimal time to nudge?
@@y33ds44 I still can't hit the ramp below the helicopter reliably. Apparently there's a video mode but I've yet to see the bloody thing. I tried hitting it in practice mode but had no joy either. I hope you'll join me in the top 100 soon enough bro, keep grinding!
@@19822andy Start by practicing the simple 'nudge pass'. All you do is nudge upwards as the ball rolls down a flipper and the ball will cross to the other flipper. Very useful technique and easy when you get the hang of the timing.
When "Its Bennings" my ball comes from the left through the field straight between the flippers, I can never play the ball.
