Bless your heart! To continue to pursue your passion of quilting, even with an eye disease, is admirable. My husband has RP, and also continues to do everything he can, in spite of being completely blind. Some of us with perfect eyesight give up, but you did not! Love your ingenuity and patience...may your quilting days be many!!
Like your idea. I found another video that used foam boards on the front rail to hold the panto, it worked good, However when I got to the end of the quilt I couldn't reach the ghost design from the front, but now I believe if I move the panto to the back take up rail like you have yours I would have been able to use ghost area to finish up the design. Thanks for your post. I followed instructions here on you tube by Theresa Diaz, video 1,2,3. I clipped a sheet protector to the start and end of the area on the panto and marked with a dry erase marker. I had trouble getting something to sit on the panto.
Thank you for sharing. I just have a 5' frame, but it is a royal pain to move behind it. And then it's not level any more. I will try your setup. Happy Quilting and Stay Safe. ♥️✂️😷
Hi, I love your video on how to do a pantograph from the front of your longarm. How did you decide where to put the laser on your longarm? I have to do pantographs from the front of my longarm also because I have a small sewing room and can't get behind my longarm. Thanks, Laurie
