It reminds me alittle like Philadelphia there's a Navy hospital where my sister was born and its near the Delaware River and all the military ships are dry docked there!! I think they have tours but alot of the buildings were sold and now its also a corporate center with all kinds of companies that occupy the buildings!! ❤ Mamma Carolyn
