Those two vegetables you picked up were bottlegourd, those two are just a deffrent varieties of same vegetable. Ancient indians used it as a bottle with dried bottlegourds which were too strong too..that's why the bottle in the name of this vegetable. And also this is avalable exactly in the shape of bottle. There are many varieties in this vegetable and very healthy one too. Good food for somany deceases. Add some good amount of masala and make curry ,have it with indian rice.

in india mustard oil is mainly used in north western, eastern ,north and north eastern parts of india,
kacchi ghani(cold pressed) mustard oil is mainly used and it is healthy, we mostly used mustard oil for health reasons........it has a pungent smell.

Love all your videos! Gol guppa, pani puri, and puchka are all pani puris. They are different in different regions of India, and called one of those 3 names depending on which part of India you are in.
And Laxmi Ghee is the best brand of ghee out there! It’s my and my families favorite (of course second place to homemade ghee lol). Glad you picked that one!!
Thanks for all you and Alfonso (and Lil Alfonso) do! Merry Christmas! 🎄🤗☃️

Please try this zero difficulty dish, no cooking required... your kid gonna love it...
Take one of that Rangoli Ladoo or Simply Yellow Ladoo, and take Bikaji Bhujia...
Gently crush the Ladoo with your fingers to disintegrate it into smaller pieces, pour a palmful of Bhujia and mix both. And have it with hot chai.
Your whole family will enjoy it... Best simplistic Indian evening light snack. Goes best on rainy days and lazy winter days.

At 5:35 the vegetable is "Ghia" or Dhoodi.
You can grate it and put it raw in curds, just add little red mirchi and salt to taste.
Or u can mix grated Dhoodi with besan batter and fry them in oil to make dumplings.
