Great Top 10 mate! Kill Creek sounds intriguing! Dandelion Wine is a beautiful book, definitely a favorite. "Feels like Summer" is spot on. Happy Reading! 📚
I thoroughly enjoyed Kill Creek, even more than I expected to. And Dandelion Wine might have to become an every year thing in the summer, as it just felt so perfect. Thanks for watching! :)
Great when you find a book you haven’t heard of before and it winds up being your favorite! I would really like to add Dandelion Wine to my Summer reading.
Thanks so much! Game of Thrones is a beast of a book, but it flew by fairly quickly for me. It was a good year of reading, and hopefully 2025 will be as well. Hope your reads are going well. Thanks for watching! :)
@@Man-With-a-Hat-Who-Reads I just zipped through 2 of the ACOTAR books - lol - funny how that goes when you don't stop to read the spicy bits 🤭 give me the story and battles. Just finished Eye of the World, book 1 of Wheel of Time - reread and enjoyed the revisit to that world.
Awesome! I have yet to start era two. I have a lot of other stuff to read right now, but will most likely dive into it someday. Thanks for watching! :)
Wooo Matthew Reilly! Great book except it bugged me that he didn’t know how water works and just faked it to survive at one point. Where you headed all dressed up today? Hope you have a bunch of 5 ⭐️again this year! Happy reading!
Well, Matthew Reilly has broken plenty of rules of how the real world works in his novels, so...I can forgive him on that one. lol I was just dressed up for the video. Special occasion and all. ;p I hope you have a ton of great reads this year as well! Thanks for watching! :)
@ yeah, he has kinda made some stuff up but that one was just a little too “wtf really?!” For me. The rest at least pretend to be partially some kind of magic or sneaky new tech not just natural how things are. It is fun to dress up sometimes just cause. Glad you had some awesome reads and hopefully continue to have more this year!
Dead Eleven was a great book. Game of Thrones is one of my favorite books. Are you going to continue the series this year? The Magnificent Seven and One of Us are books I want to read soon. Great list, you read some amazing books.
I really enjoyed Dead Eleven!! I do hope to continue with the sequels to Game of Thrones at some point this year. Not sure when yet though. I hope you enjoy Maleficent Seven and One of Us when you pick them up! Thanks for watching! :)
If the 1st T.J. Klune book was a five star favourite, but good as it was, the 2nd book wasn't as good, and you didn't even feel there was a need for it to exist, it doesn't make sense to give it five stars as well.
Yeah, I had the same thoughts when I finished it. I thought about it for a while and decided that, as much as it felt unnecessary and lesser in some ways, getting the chance to spend more time with these characters was enough for me. Thanks for watching! :)

That sounded like a great top 10 to end the year on! It's always nice when a book unexpectedly becomes a firm favourite
It was a great year of reading, and I always love being surprised by a book. Thanks for watching! :)
Seems like a great reading year! Some popular novels and lots of lesser known ones. I’ll have to add a couple of these to my TBR.
It was a pretty good year!! I hope that whatever ones caught your fancy you end up enjoying! Thanks for watching! :)

You should!! It was the perfect read for summer, so cozy and warm. :) Thanks for watching! :)
Hi Matthew - wow 139 well done 👍 I gave my copy of Game of Thrones to a friend, never read it. Glad you had so many great reads.

Loved Dandelion Wine! I should have had that on my top reads of 2024, honestly.
It was so good!! I must have missed your top reads video. I'll have to go back and catch that one yet. Thanks for watching! :)
Yes! Well of Ascension! I read era one and era two this year.
Awesome! I have yet to start era two. I have a lot of other stuff to read right now, but will most likely dive into it someday. Thanks for watching! :)
@@Man-With-a-Hat-Who-Reads I liked Era 2 better than Era 1 personally.
