You sound foolish. Everything Liberals have done is based on engagement with Canadians through surveys, emails and in person meetings. Almost monthly, Liberals send out emails to registered Liberals containing surveys about what we would like them to focus on and see improvements on. They constantly check in with Canadians and ask what we think there needs to be greater focus on. Maybe you're not used to that as a conservative, not having that kind of engagement and Poilievre just doing whatever he wants and running his mouth spreading disinformation. But Liberals certainly do not just do whatever they want.
And also about a month before she shared the federal budget, again, an email with a survey was sent asking Canadians what we would like to see greater focus on and more investments in. This is fact.

No it isn't. And Canada isn't the only country who has set goals like this. Europe as a whole has set very ambitious goals to go net zero by 2035.

Do you buy a new car every year or 2? If not then you don't need to worry until 2040 or 2045 because they aren't eliminating all gas vehicles. they are just stopping the sale of them by 2035. So if you buy a new car in 2034 (10 years from now) you can keep it until it dies and you don't have to go electric for the next 2 decades.
