ഞങ്ങൾ വെള്ളവും പാലും ഒന്നിച്ചു വച്ചു അത് തിളയ്ക്കുമ്പൾ തേയില ഇടും. ഒരു ടു മിനിറ്റ് വച്ച ശേഷം ഇറക്കിയത് പഞ്ചസാര ചേർത്ത് ഉപേയാഗിക്കും. എനിക്ക് ഏലക്ക കൂടി ഇടുന്ന ചായ ആണ് ഇഷ്ടം.
ചായ tutorial എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു പുച്ഛിക്കാൻ വരട്ടെ. എന്തു ചെയ്താലും ഒരു നല്ല ചായ ഇടാൻ അറിയില്ലേൽ ഒരു കുറച്ചിൽ തന്നെ ആണ്. ഏതു gender ൽ പെട്ട ആൾ ആണെങ്കിലും basic cooking അറിയേണ്ടത് അത്യാവശ്യം ആണ്. അവിടെയാണ് വീണയുടെ videos ഉപകാരപ്രദം ആകുന്നത്. അങ്ങിനെ ഇന്നാദ്യമായി വീണയുടെ reciepe അനുസരിച്ചു ഒരു ചായ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കാം , ചായയിൽ നിന്നാകട്ടെ തുടക്കം . നമ്മൾ നാട്ടിൽ മഴക്കാലത്തു പ്രഭാതം തുടങ്ങുന്നത് ചായയിൽ നിന്നാണല്ലോ . ഒരു കൊച്ചു ഓർമ്മക്കുറിപ്പ് കുടി ചായക്ക് കടിയായി , അഞ്ചു വർഷം മുന്പാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു , നാട്ടിൽ ലീവിന് പോയപ്പോൾ , അതും ഒരു ഈറനണിഞ്ഞ മഴക്കാല പുലരിയായിരുന്നു , മോർണിംഗ് വാക്കിന് ഇറങ്ങി ,ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് . ആ നേരത്തു പെണ്ണും പിള്ളയെ വിളിച്ചാൽ രക്ഷയില്ല , തന്നെയുമല്ല ,ആ ആംബിയൻസ് ആസ്വദിക്കാൻ പറ്റുകയുമില്ല . നേരിയ ഇരുട്ടുള്ള പുലര്കാലം , ഒച്ചയുണ്ടാക്കാതെ വാതിൽ തുറന്ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങി റോഡിലൂടെ ...ബസ്സുകൾ വല്ലപ്പോഴും വരുന്ന സമയമായകാരണം ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടു നടക്കാം . ലൊക്കേഷൻ ഒരു പക്ഷെ വീണ അറിയും , നമ്മുടെ ചിറക്കൽ പത്താം കല്ല് കഴിഞ്ഞു കുറച്ചു കിഴക്കോട്ട് പോയാൽ രണ്ടു സൈഡും പാടം , റോഡിൻറെ വശങ്ങളിൽ വലിയ മാവുകളും മറ്റു വൃക്ഷങ്ങളും ......കനാൽ പാലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ വലത് വശത്തു ഒരു നാടൻ ചായ കട , ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് അവർ തുറന്നിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ....
അവിടെ അവരുടെ ബെഞ്ചിലിരുന്ന് കുടിച്ച ആ ചൂടൻ ചായയുടെ മണവും രസവും ഇതാ ഒന്ന് കുടി ആസ്വദിച്ച പോലെ . കൊള്ളാം . പ്രസിയറിഞ്ഞാൽ ചീത്ത പറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലോ എന്ന ശങ്ക കാരണം മിണ്ടിയില്ല , പക്ഷെ ഇന്ന് ആ പൂച്ച പുറത്തു ചാടി .
വീണയുടെ റെസ്പോൺസ് കണ്ടു , പ്രസി കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല , ഒരു സർപ്രൈസ് ആയിക്കോട്ടെ അല്ലേ , ജാനിനും മക്കൾക്കും സുഖം എന്ന് കരുതുന്നു .
