Θα δεις διάφορα στην γεύση , ιδικά όταν τα τρως μετά από 3 μέρες σε Sushi... ωραίο το φρέσκο αλλά για sashimi καλύτερα την τρίτη μέρα!!
Ναι φίλε έχει μεγάλη διαφορά ένα ψάρι που έχει ξεματώσει εντελώς!Πάντα και εγώ τα ψάρια μου αφού τα σκοτώσω,περνάω και το μαχαίρι απ τα βράγχια ώστε να ξεματώσει!
Ιt was too deep for that 105 single roler.Even though the shaft is 7,5mm...it wasnt enough to go all the way through the fish.It was a big grouper well over 12kg and it will surelly survive with just a wound and a lot more experience!
The Dusky was big over 12-14kg,it was too deep and the gun was just 105cm...It wasn't strong enough to pass all the way throught that fish from 4,5meters away... If i had my double roller i would have had the fish now!

@@spearfishinglifegreece Στην παρέα εμείς τα φάγαμε σούπα (κλασικά) και "φριτέζα", φιλέτο με κουρκούτι ή ολόκληρα αλευρωμένα. Προσωπικά τηγανιτά τα λάτρεψα. Δωδεκάνησα πάντως τις σκορπίνες τις τρώνε στη σχάρα!?! στον αφρό και λένε οτι βγάζει τόσο θάλασσα που θυμίζει καβούρι...μένει να το δοκιμάσουμε! Πολύ ευχαρίστως Δήμο, κατέβα να τον οργανώσεις εδώ που γίνεται μακελιό -ίσως και εντός καραντίνας αφού μιλάμε για οικολογία δηλαδή :-)

You guys are crazy. I've never seen anyone try to catch venomous fish by hand before. Can they not get you through the gloves? And what about when cleaning them, if you accidentally poke yourself with a spine, can they still transmit the venom? Soup looked great though. How long do you boil the fish for?

Το δηλητήριο καταστρέφεται μετά τους 60 βαθμούς,οπότε δεν υπάρχει λόγος να τα κόψεις.Απλά πρέπει να είσαι προσεκτικός στο καθάρισμα μην τσιμπηθείς.Πάντως το ιδανικό είναι να έχεις ένα ψαλίδι και να τα κόβεις κατευθείαν!
Love the look of that fish soup. Reminds me of a great fish soup I had in Paros. In the future, Dimos, perhaps you can open up a seafood restaurant somewhere in Greece, haha. But I guess anything that becomes commercialized has the tendency to be unsustainable for the environment. You make money, but then you hurt the environment. Anyway, I'm curious about the top 5 fishes you love to eat. What do you consider to be the best tasting fish from Greece?
My favorite ''large'' fish,grilled on charcoal are: 1.Scorpionfish - Tuna - Seabass 2.White,Goldblotch,Dusky,Mottled grouper 3.Gilthead,Dentex Hard to choose just one for each place. 😉

Είσαι καταπληκτικος, να περάσει ο Μάης να δούμε πάλι με τι θα μας τρελάνεις πάλι.
Tέτοιο μέγεθος σκορπίνας θέλει περίπου 25-30λεπτά, όχι περισσότερο.Τα λαχανικά είναι θέμα γούστου...αν σκοπεύω να την κάνω βελουτέ,τα αφήνω να λιώσουν

Damn i shot 1 last month and when i cleaned it i got hit with 1 of the spines in my finger that shit hurt for 2 weeks always be careful love the vid

You can cut the spines with a scissor. I would allways do this cause, as you said, one bad move could hurt you a week.

I always stayed away from these when I face them bcs they're poisonous.

It's a Scorpaena scrofa(scientific name) Scorpaenaw,Rockfish and other fish are all called Scorpionfish in general

@@lucacapozzi6972 Τhe fish i caught is a Scorpaena scrofa.Pterois volitans is the Lionfish also in the same family...all of them called scorpion fish or Scorpanidae.
