- The Sacramento Kings lit the beam in their 118-94 revenge win against the Golden State Warriors. Klay Thompson notably finished 0-for-10 with zero points and will be a free agent this offseason. Colin Cowherd explains why it is time to move on from the Big 3 and pursue two key free agents to help Steph Curry (hint: they are both in Los Angeles). Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers held on and defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 110-106 and will face the Denver Nuggets in a rematch of last season's Western Conference Finals. The media is trying to hold on to Lebron and Steph for dear life but ones almost 40 and the other will be 37 next season. It’s over and that’s ok. We can still enjoy their play even though they ain’t winning championships anymore while talking about other great players.

There age has nothing to do with them not winning championships. Lebron had his best year from the 3 still averaged 26, Steph averaged 27 they’re still top 8 players in the league. Most people still want them two as a top 5 player on there team when it’s the playoffs. Steph is one major piece away from another ring.

In large part, because they milked the bulls dynasty and didn't focus on new talent enough. So the average viewer didn't care about the young players. Exact same thing is happening

The problem people keep missing is that it was never just Draymond, Klay and Steph . Them boys had a squad and then had KD . Even in 2022 they was a squad . Never just been those three breaking down teams .

If steph really wants to contend for a championship, he will have to leave golden state. It's that simple. You can add lebron to warriors, and the players they will lose to get him in a trade would nullify any upside that lebron brings. If I was warrior gm, I would ask steph want he wants to do, and HOPE that he wants to go somewhere for a championship so they can start rebuilding with the young talent they can trade for steph.
If LeBron is going to chase rings he needs to go back to the East. Potentially the only team that wouldn’t tank legacy is that he wants to finish his career a Cav. In the West the path is too long for him to try and carry a team.
There's no chance Lebron joins the Warriors because itd always be compared to the superteam with Durant. It'd make both Durant and Lebron look like servants to Curry. 0 chance it happens. Curry/Klay to the Lakers is more likely.
