Fifth round of the 1995 500cc Motorcycle Grand Prix Season. Daryl Beattie takes his second victory of the season after Mick Doohan crashed out of the lead for the second consecutive race. Unfortunately for Beattie, this turned out to be his last ever win in 500cc motorcycle racing.
Also included is the final seven laps of the 250cc race, won by Max Biaggi.

I remember Daryl beattie coming into gp in 93 . At the time he was tipped as the next big rider to make it big in the 500s . I always thought he could have won more races and given Mick doohan more of a run for wins . But saddley it wasn't to be after suffering a few injury's .💪
Yeah, it's a shame his injuries curtailed his career.
Dazza and Bazza. As a Brit I watched Sheene growing up. Australia seems to suit him and career-wise turned out to be a good move. 👍
RIP the pair of them. Spent many a Sunday night/Monday morning with them. Birthday card from Bazza is one of my prized possessions.
Barry sheene would be welcomed anywhere in the world,he was all class and a truly talented racer, I liked how he was always straight up and honest, but kept the commentary fun and humorous, rest in peace Mr Barry sheene 🙏👍👊😊🏍️
Cadalora. The race where he had a Bridgestone on the front and a Dunlop on the back. Its a crime the Yamaha didn't have the power of the Honda in 94 / 95. He could of won many races and given Doohan a run for his money.
Cadalora has mad skills Under brakes,many times He closed the gap on Doohan and gave him lots of worries about being passed,at Catalunya He was demon fast Too

Definitely 2023. For me, this was the best era. I'd take this over MotoGP any day. 👍
This has to be the worst track i'v ever seen
They never should've ruined Hockenheim. Easily the best track in Germany and they went and ruined it. Not just for the 500gp but for F1 as well. I've heard all the reasons why it happened and still think it was madness to neuter it.
