You cut off Goran at the end who says we have to scarper before the police come.....which gives off
the heighten energy of doing something naughty ...lol....All good fun and a great reaction cheers to you both...

That was easily one of the best gigs I've seen, and they were busking! Just incredible energy and talent. They deserve all the attention they are getting.

Great reaction. From other commenters posts I think this was their last street performance. I watched I Shot the Sheriff, then War Pigs, Watch Out then this. What a fantastic show this must have been: Personal favourite was War Pigs a msh up of other Black Sabbath and Rage Against the Machine utterly brilliant. I don't think them getting back together has been ruled out as I understand it they are very good friends.

This performance was so much fun. High energy. I loved it. I think they’ll definitely play together again. They’re young. The band is great. People want it.

I loved your Big Push marathon, and how much Neighbor Sue loved this one, but I disagreed with Cliff on the vid where he said, "Something is happening over there..." I've been involved in indie music for decades, so I know nothing can happen without the fans. Because of how we now share music, reactors are at the forefront of spreading the fantastic move forward we're seeing the birth of.
It's attracting HipHop Heads, Metal Heads, Pop music fans, and young and older folks. In fact, it's attracting new listener and anyone disappointed in how music has been forced upon us for the past 20 years. I hope you don't think your channel is small and insignificant. It's not. You, too, are fans of what we see emerginjg, and like any other fan, everyone you expose music to builds an artist up. It's not happening "over there." It's happening everywhere and you're part of it.
Another artist that deserves our attention is Lola Young. She's been at it since she was 13 and now finding a wider audience. Lola is a talented UK songwriter and vocalist whose presence is hard to ignore. I'm unsure which of these videos to introduce her to you. One is "Annabels House (From the Party)." th-cam.com/video/u8S8oPj23us/w-d-xo.html Although it uses a studio recording, it's an example of the simple, one-take videos we see. Of course, they're not simple at all. Be prepared to be heartbroken in the best way possible. The other, "Don't Hate Me (Live from the Garage)." is empowering. th-cam.com/video/diaaAO5Zb-os/w-d-xo.html It's an example of how capturing live performances in the rawest way imaginable can be better than anything polished. I could recommend more, but I think this is a good place to start. I hope you enjoy her as much as I do.

True story!!!! Thank you for the new suggestion, Lola Young, we will have to check her out!

Sue and I have had this conversation. The reaction community is signal boosting all these artists. Ren and friends have figured it out. Ren had talked about how rising tides lifts all ships. It’s a great way to think of it. I’m happy to be a part of that.
The ‘it’ I was referring to was the scene coming out of Brighton. All these musicians are incredibly talented. Solo and together. All these songs are crazy good. There’s almost no misses. I feel like it’s all about to explode. One of them is gonna put a song out that’s gonna put the whole scene on the world stage. Not sure how old you are, but I clearly remember the early 90s grunge scene before Nirvana. Brighton now feels like Seattle did then. With its own flavor of course, but there is all these talented artists concentrated in one spot. It’s a powder keg of talent waiting to explode.
Thank you for the suggestions! I’ll add them to our list. We really appreciate you watching and then taking the time to write out a thoughtful comment like this. We’re having such a great time making these reaction videos, but a big part of that is interacting with people like yourself. Much love ❤️ (also it’s Clay, not Cliff. Lol. No worries. I get that all the time IRL)

@@secondhandreactions After I hit send I realized I wrote "Cliff" rather than "Clay." Ooops. I've lived in Seattle on and off since the mid 1980s so got to be part of the grunge scene even as it was emerging. Before that I lived in London during the punk era. Although I'm grateful I got to be part of grunge, my entire attitude toward music, life and society comes from the best parts of the British punk scene.
I understand by "it" you meant Brighton, but I think that anything happening there (or elsewhere) is making waves because the talent, and the message are so easily relatable and meaningful to people everywhere. I tell people I'm old enough to remember when popular music had meaning, and I'm too young to forget it. The compassion, the honesty, and willingness to share ourselves because of music is more evident to me than at any time in decades. The amazing camaraderie that's rising out of it makes me more hopeful for all of us than anything I've seen in a very, very, very long time. Peace to y'all.
