I"ve been passing him by a couple years now until I heard this last week. The Tom MacDonald/Adam Calhoun reaction headlines lured me in, and this turned out to be pretty good. He said he's back and plans to be doing a lot more and monthly.

Yes, one irony is, despite Samson not wanting to be associated with certain rappers...I don't think many of us would have found him if it weren't through fans or algorithms resulting, of said rappers. I'm glad he is going to become more active. It will be nice to hear more from him.

@@SicilianChick True. If it weren't for finding reactors of Tom, I would have not been seeing his name the past couple years. Tom was the reason I found out reaction channels even existed at all.

I hope you get your living situation figured out. People letting politics divide them has been the dumbest shit I've seen in my lifetime...but that's the popular narrative these days. I think Samson is done with the foolishness of political rap as well which is refreshing to me. I hope you keep tabs on him cos he is a good rapper.

I will be responding to him regardless of what he posts. I may not have much to say but I recognize his talent and will help promote it; especially given what he stands for.

@@SicilianChick I like that. The one he just dropped is really good too but didn't appreciate at first because I had missed so much. Every listen, I keep finding more and more and more though. It's crazy how simple a song can sound but there's so many layers the typical person isn't seeing if they're not really looking for them all that hard.

Glad to see you post again 😊
I'm right there with you regarding songs with messages/meaning. Although, I also enjoy really good storytelling. I too pretty much avoid the hip hop/rap genres due to the incessant mindless ramblings or drowning in egos. Tom and Samson reignited my interest in the music.
I hope all is well and best of luck with the tutoring project 😊

Do you live in Sicily? I'm italian, from Puglia. ;) I hope the best for your services and i'll definitely keep you in mind if i get to know of anything.
Back to the video, it's great to see you react to this!
About meaning, well as you can see even Cesspool, though not political, still has a meaning. Million Dollar Baby (remix) doesn't have a deep meaning, though you should still check it out in my opinion. For his skills display. They become more evident in his "rappin rappin" songs.

I do not live in Sicily. My roots are from Palermo. I did react to "million dollar baby" but decided against posting it because my reaction was boring as I didn't have much to say. 😂
      Thank you for your support!

@@SicilianChick Yeah well that track wasn't as political or with a message as the others. So i feel you. It was more to react about his skills and such.
So, you don't speak italian, do you?

@@melbu6311 I'd really like to learn! My grandparents spoke it but didn't teach their children in order to encourage speaking English. Buuuuut, my pronunciation is pretty decent when I do try to speak it.
Think it's from hanging with grandma, and grandpa as a baby. 😁
