Even if there are "hidden messages" in songs if played backwards, how does that affect the average listener if they never listen to the song backwards? The part that annoys me the most about those theory videos is that I never see people questioning them. In the comments, most people just act like they're legitimate.

Like when you listen to the muffled gibberish that is backwards audio it is easy to hear things that aren't actually there. Especially with those dumb theory videos that add subtitles to them. In fact you can test it yourself. Just say something into one of those reverse audio apps and see what it sounds like in reverse. It's similar those videos where people add subtitles to Bollywood songs to make it sound like they're saying random things in English. The part that annoys me the most about those theory videos is that I never see people questioning them. In the comments, most people just act like they're legitimate.
