Thank you for commenting on the way our scrap pages should be. Its supposed to be fun isn't it? I know my adult children love their books and prefer the crazy way I scrap instead of the formal way. Thanks again Lindsay, keep up the good work
I love the idea that I'm not the only one who saves and uses the top strip with the hole from a pad of paper! I've made borders, sometimes slicing them in half lengthwise, but also used them for small paper punches (butterflies, stamens, narrow patterns, etc.).
Hey Lindsay...I like the strips idea, when I make my book marks I sometimes use tiny stips of paper...I didnt think about using them with a photo spread. Sweet layout...beautiful kids. Stay Creative~Pauline
I really like how you scrap your photos. I'm so slow at scrapbooking but you have been inspring me to stop trying to make every layout look like a masterpiece (in my mind, not in reality) and to just get them scrapped! I spend hours picking out just the right paper, embellishments and moving them and moving them and changing them and then more moving! AAGGGHHH! I'm a Virgo so I have hard time if things are not just "right" and "matched" but I'm trying to ease up! Gorgeous kids by the way!
Nice pagers Lindsay! I love the colors! We got snow, rain, thunder and lightning the day before yesterday. We got 5" over night of heavy snow and it ruined our gazebo we put up every spring. Then by that afternoon it was all gone. We may get more today. I hear the east coast is in for more also. Thanks for sharing. :-)
Even a simple scrapbooklayout is fun to watch when you make it ! :) And you are very right about making those perfect pages. For the teams I tend to make pages that cost me many hours, true! And I like to do that. But beside that I also make pages that cost me less than a hour , not perfect, but with a lot of journaling and using my leftovers from all the stuff I get. My new idea is to make mini scrapbooklayouts They are 6x6 and cost me less time and give me the same fun. And I can use them in my albums , they dont take a lot of place. It is my new addiction! And my sons dont have to go through albums with just one little picture on each 12x12. :)
Thumbs up for asbestos fingers! I am glad to see that you still haven't burned your hands off. Waiting for the video that showcases a craft with burned off hands.LOL
Love that you not are " Åhh you can not se my family" dont understand why we have to hide the ones we live for, its sometimes a strange world we live in.. You are not afraid to show that we are all the same, we are all human, no one are more then other, love Lindsay "the homo sapiens" ;) have a wonderful weekend.
What's really important is that you get them scrapped. The kids and grandkids will love them. Thank Lindsay, hugs Jess

Thanks for the mention Lindsay. :)
Love the ease of your layout. Please don't forget to put the date on them so years down the road the kids will know the year it was taken
Beautiful layout and kids thank you so very much for sharing. Wonderful tips.
You are so right, I'm always comparing my work to others. I'm going to try using some paper strips so I don't feel I always need to find a sketch.
Watching you so inspires me to start scrap booking the boxes and bags of photos I have. Thanks for sharing your great ideas and tips!

So great you don't share this paranoia trend out there of being terrified to share your family pics...lovely pages Lesley
Lindsay your girls look so cute...sure you don't fancy a little trip to the UK....for crafty research (lots of girly fun and afternoon tea)
Nice layouts Lindsay! :)
I love your layout. What video did you tell us about the shims for the tape gun. I have a terrible time with mine.
