    This is referred to as 'subsistence farming', or peasantry, it is not sustainable,& is vulnerable to external shocks, like drought, locusts, and flooding. Before acquiring land for farming, make sure there is adequate water supply in that farm.

      I don’t think you know what subsistence farming means…. I grew up practicing subsistence farming in the village where I learned everything I now know about farming. We are currently growing crops at large scale than a subsistence farmer would grow.
      We have just started on an 88 acres farm growing crops on almost 70 acres and you call that pleasantly farming? 😂😂 I would be interested to see what your farm looks like…
      But I’m happy that you shared your perspective on what we are doing and I can assure you that we have plenty of water here to irritate up to 5000 acres that we have access to.
      It’s not a river…. We have drilled deep wells 6 of them covering 129 acres of arable land.
