All of my paints are mixed with my Pouring Medium: 4 c. Floetrol, 1 c. Glue All, 1/2 c. Liquitex Pouring Medium and 1/4 c. water and thinned with water.

This is the first video of yours I’ve watched. I’ve got a large round that I bought to make a tabletop with. Had it a long time trying to decide what to do. After 4 years I saw your video and fell in love. My daughter did too. Your video is phenomenal. It’s what I’ve been thinking of but couldn’t quite figure it out. Thank you for the video that answered my questions so well. Your choice of colors is great. Again thank you.

Wow Kriss, this is such beautiful work also very intricate. I'm a newcomer to your channel and now a subscriber, I've seen many do acrylic pour but what you do is so much more and really, just beautiful, very elegant, awesome colors. Can't wait to see more 😊❤️🌹

FRANCOISE CONQUY merci!
Wow!! This is gorgeous. I’m a newbie and hesitant about using a torch. Would a blow dry work as well? Or a heat gun? Thanks
Yes, a heat gun will work, a blow dryer isn’t hot enough Dori.
💓💓💓this!!
t ladd thank you!
Beautiful lazy susan.
Monica Tia Moni Arts thanks so much!
Could you use a gold spray paint over the stencil instead of using the brush to paint it on??
MVKidPlay possibly, but it would be much harder to clean spray paint from your stencil.
Ok, you can admit it, like me, you were all straining to see over & behind the stencil as Kriss was pulling it off (& she thinks she's impatient)! 😂😂
Alexandra B 😂
New to stencils. You let the paint dry first before pulling stencil off, right? And my goodness this is just gorgeous!!
Thank you! I usually carefully pull it off once I have stenciled it.
What a beautiful piece! I have one question. I haven't used resin yet but everything I have read/watched stresses that you must completely clean your paint surface to remove any trace of silicone before you pour your resin. You mentioned the few spots on the canvas that the WD-40 had touched the canvas and I'm sure there is a little residue from it in the paint on the canvas...did you have to clean it to remove the WD-40/silicone before the resin pour?
Renee Sechrist yes, I always clean my surface before finishing. I generally spritz Windex and then wipe off with paper towels and repeat. Then let dry for about 10 minutes and you should be ready to apply resin.
Hi Kriss. This piece is stunning and your video is the best I've seen. I have a few questions please. How long does it take the resin to completely cure? Is the Lazy Susan then protected from damage, or would the finish be marred by something sharp, say if someone decided to cut food on it? And finally, is your Pouring Medium recipe just equally divided into your squeezy paint containers? Thanks so much.
Kilsher Dany thank you! The resin is completely heat resistant in 30 days. You would not be able to cut on it without leaving marks. I mix my paints 1 part paint to 2-3 parts medium. 😊
@@liquidartebykriss550 Brilliant. Thanks so much for the reply. Love your work.
I am in Iowa tooo I am in NE Iowa, where are you?
Pamela Novotny I’m in Indianola 💜
How much + shipping. LOL It is beautiful.
Jean Britton this one is sold, but I would love to create something for you! 💜 You can contact me at liquidarte@outlook.com
you know if pour your resin over your you paint pour first then do your Stencil and a pour over the stencil you get more of a 3D effect you can do this with several layers don't go with thick layer thine to medium work best
cpr58 that would be a cool effect, thanks!
MA...GNI...FIQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Claudine Riduet merci beau coupe!
