The Galway International Rally is the season opener of the Irish Tarmac Rally championship. A unique event as it's a challenge on both man & machine. The weather and road conditions this time of year are always difficult and fair play to all crews that entered and made the rally happen.

Christ tis like a Forestry Rally Whose the Bellend in the Proton holding up the 2 boyos

That footage at 02:05 is from SS9 and is at junction 13 which is 14.1km into the stage, the stage had been blocked at junction 7 which was 7.2 kilometres before the white car making contact with the yellow car. All cars as far as car 27 completed the stage clearly, from that car on there was a blockage a number of crews were stopped and held by the blockage and then drove the stage in convoy. I don't think it is accurate in the circumstances to say the Bellend in the Proton was holding anyone up, there was a string of cars exiting the stage under non-competiive conditions.
