10:00 A tip for playing map is that all locations are near the equator on this map (it's a system that abuses a glitch which helps make the scoring for this map very hard by making sure all locs are mostly in a spectrum of latitudes) so you will never find any Europe locs on this map

Betterhelp, whatever the "buy shares of art" one is, ive seen a few temu sponsorships now and also one car youtube who i enjoy watching shills for a company thats known to just be cheap chinese crap
I would like to point out that no one is forcing you to unsubscribe to a TH-camr you like because they took a bad sponsorship deal. I've seen multiple TH-camrs not knowing about the crap BetterHelp is pulling and deciding not to let themselves get sponsored by them again. Obviously, if they're like, 'eh I'm just gonna keep accepting that sponsorship money', then it's different of course, but it's unfair to judge people for decisions made out of ignorance, unless that ignorance is willful.

Honestly - a country streak record would seem more worthy to me. Getting the right seed with 5 islands that you recognize would yield a high score (which I'll bet is how some have got a score over 24K).

what I find ridiculous is that #1 has 24988 points and did it in 2.5hrs, and #2 has 24985 points and did it in 1.5 minutes, and then the next one again 51 minutes, and then 47 seconds
like wtf guys less than 10 seconds per round and you get almost perfect score? on this fn map?

There should be a "training mode" of GeoGuessr that shows the Google streetview lines of coverage, that way beginners can at least limit their guesses to places/countries that have coverage.
Also it would be cool to create a quiz software of all the different metas people have discovered as a way to train and review those.
