There was a time when jinns use to paralyze me almost every single day and sometimes twice a day.
Sometimes I use to be scared that If I slept the paralysis will happen again.
One night literally someone came very close to my ears during the paralysis and told me "try and move"
Now it's been 4 years and all of those things have stopped.
I started saying ayatul kursi before I sleep and I try to read surah falaq and surah nas in my fajr and magrib prayers.
The solution is very simple..you just have to talk to Allah.

I met muhammad Ali hardly two weeks back AT XYZ University where he came to deliver a lecture. I luckily got the chance to interact with him and I found his personality alligned with what he preaches or teaches. I don't know the exact reason behind it but I heard that a British pakistani guy used to follow Dr shab n after watching some videos of him against jews he made 4 people hostage in Texas n when his belongings were inspected police found that he was inspired by Dr Israr's antis*mitic thoughts n yt restricted the channel
